Mattresses were VERY hard. Some parts of the floors "squeaked". Corn hole boards were broken.

Nice sized unit. Unit was clean...mostly quiet. Plenty of blankets/pillows. Great location.

Have a TV in every room and the hot tub water need a step stool for senior citizens. Water was not hot enough in the hot tub to enjoy a good bath.

Great location, kid (family)- we were traveling with a toddler. We were so happy the person who checked us in was able to change our room when we arrived so we wouldn’t have to cross the road to get to the beach with our little one. Very much appreciated!!

When we arrived the hot tub was cold--- BUUUTTT it was fixed up the following day so really no complaint. Really quick service. :)

Loved the location, the beach, the condo was amazing. We've stayed before and it was just as amazing. Very clean and prepared for the fun that we had! The staff was so kind and nice.

Perfect location that was central to many places. All linens provided, kitchen had all dishes, pots and pans and silverware and glassware. Indoor pool and hot tub and private access to beach.

Did not like that there were no oceanfront units available during our 7 night stay, but there were oceanfront units that remained unoccupied?? I know there were empty oceanfront units because I obsessed about it and made daily walks past the prized oceanfront rooms. Couldn't help but wonder if this was the case because we booked our stay through Booking.com versus going directly to the property.

Like the spaciousness of the unit with full kitchen. Liked the private beach access. We also enjoyed being minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, it was a nice place to come and relax during "off season."

I didn’t like that they would not let me have a beach view condo unless I paid significantly more per night. Didn’t make sense to let those places go unused instead of allowing me to switch places for the time I was there. The beach views were mainly empty the entire time. Also, the elevator was broken the entire time on the unit I was staying at. Another reason for allowing people to stay on the beach side. That elevator was working the entire time.

I love the location. I love the condo. Very up-to-date.

This was my first visit to OBX. I am SO glad I chose this place! The location itself is incredible, but the suites were perfect. I felt like I was living in my own apartment! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you’d need to make a meal—there was even a dishwasher for cleanup! Extra linens and towels were provided in the closet. The best parts were waking up early and going to the beach to watch the sun rise, and being able to hear the ocean waves crashing onto the shore at bedtime. Beautiful location, and the resort had many amenities available for use (outdoor grills, outdoor showers, pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and more). I will definitely be coming here again!

Not much. Just some warning on the booking about location options to the beach.

Location is one block from the beach. There are 2 building blocks - one on the beachfront. I requested closer, but was told this was $250 more. Otherwise, our block was only one block from the beach. Road is a little busy so watch the young kids. 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and well equipped. The unit block has a checkin lounge with games, books, dvds, popcorn which the kids loved. There are also daily activities. Some people are permanent owners and all were lovely and welcoming.

Only complaint was very minor and that was the frying pans are wore out and need to be replaced in that unit. But that being said it was a very minor issue😁
