Breakfast was mediocre, which we don’t usually utilize anyway. Could have been better (like more options other than hashbrowns, eggs, sausage & yogurt/fruit- where were the waffles or pancakes? No milk?). The hotel reeked of marijuana which I am pretty sure came from the room right next to us. I didn’t complain (and never would because I don’t care if someone does it), but I did have my kids with me so I wasn’t thrilled having that smell around us. But I think someone did complain and the staff took care of it quickly. Oh, and, it’s kinda spendy per night but the comfort I suppose makes it worth it.

This is our second time staying here and the beds are extremely comfortable. The AC stays cool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great for what our trips have been for. Staff is friendly, pool is nice.

Wish I would have known about late check-out sooner getting a text so late ensured I wasn’t able to utilize the service but I was led to believe I would until I got a text saying check out time was normal.

The staff were kind, thoughtful, and understood the limitations I was dealing without even having to ask. They asked the right questions to make sure my stay was beyond wonderful.

The breakfast they served the bagels were a little bit hard and eggs were cold had to warm up.

Real quiet rooms were upgraded to River View at no additional cost because our regular room was not ready a-pond arrival. Great front desk staff.

I have no complaints.

The hotel is very nice, modern, clean with spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and attentive. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

Literally the only downside is I cannot use the bath products due to them having hydrolyzed wheat protein which makes my skin itchy and break out in a rash due to having Celiac Disease. 😓 But I bring my own so I don't have an issue. ☺️

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we are in Spokane because the staff is always extremely friendly, the rooms are always very clean, the snack area by the front desk is nicely equipped and the location is quite wonderful because the Spokane River and Centennial Trail are directly behind it and the Spokane Valley Mall is right in front of it. ☺️ And the room we stayed in this time had two TV's which was honestly amazing! 😃🙌

Breakfast had many options. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable but pillows a little soft for my taste. Good size room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the sausage was yuck. The staff was very friendly and did a great job cleaning. Coffee could be upgraded but I was thankful for a cup of coffee downstairs. The room coffee tastes not so good. Maybe the water affected the taste. 😁

Staff was really great and allowed us an early check in (30 minutes). Facility was lovely, room was well apportioned. Walking trail next to a stream was fabulous! Plus many restaurants in the area.
