The room was small. I didn't realize it was a shared balcony. The breakfast was not all all we expected. Unfortunately it left us hungry and we went somewhere else to eat.

The only negative was the price.

The location is perfect. excellent parking spot included. Staff member at check in was pleasant and thorough. they let us check in early. I loved that there was a balcony and comfortable bed and chairs. the decor and staff costumes were German or Bavarian which was fun. It was clean and felt safe. I loved the breakfast and friendly staff refilling coffee.

We loved so much this place. The staff are so organized, helpful and cheerful. the design of the hotel and the rooms are so authentic, made me feel in Bavaria boutique hotel for sure. The location is very centered and walking distance to everything we needed. We would definitely come back.

My friend got locked outside on the balcony because of the odd locking mechanism on the door. Maybe a helpful sign to warn silly people like us. In November at 2 am when they were fighting jetlag they had to knock loudly to wake me up! :)

The ambiance was perfect. I have visited various parts of Germany and it was a perfect, reminiscent replica of the 'real deal' with comfortable European-style bedding, a heated floor in the bathroom, and personalized wooden decor. The location was close to everything so we could walk and the dedicated parking space made it easy for us to navigate the parking nightmare in the town.

The wonderful lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful from start to finish, especially with our need for a last minute booking and accommodating two small children. And the building was very charming and clean!

Everything was perfect. We didn't see the name of our hotel on many advertisements or tour lists which was surprising since it was such an exceptional stay! Nothing negative to say.

The breakfast was excellent and reminded me of when I grew up in a Scandinavian home. The staff was exceptional. I loved Erika! So welcoming! When we arrived there was another couple who was on a return stay which is a great review first hand. The bed and pillows was SO comfortable!! Everything smelled so fresh, too. Lastly, to have our hotel so close to the center of town but not in an overly loud or busy section was just perfect! We will definitely be back!!

The TV in room was really off center from the bed and there were no other places to sit with a view of it. And as cute as the beds are, there is a bar of wood running horizontally across the headboard that prevents you from sitting upright comfortably, so we really couldn't watch TV while winding down for the night. Next, the room was in the front corner of the hotel by the door, which was a bit busy after hours as everyone came and went. For one night, it was OK tho. It's also brutally hot in the room with two sides of windows facing sunset. The AC was pretty bunk, so I'm super glad we weren't there in the actual summer. The windows didn't open either, but it wouldn't matter anyway because you are RIGHT next to the sidewalk and door, making it impossible to leave the blinds open at night. Breakfast is just plain weird. It wasn't bad per se, but I'm just not used to my only options being cold cereal or hard-boiled eggs and a TINY amount of cold cuts or liverwurst for hotel breakfast.

Friendly staff and really comfortable bed. Soft but quality. Good density pillows. Fridge and Keurig in room for easy AM coffee. Nice soaps and full-size towels for human sized people. The room was cute, if a bit overcrowded from unnecessarily antique looking replica furniture crammed in for ambiance.
