We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location was great! The condo is spacious. Everything was at the condo to cook with the Grilling area was so nice! pool was great close to everything! Quite and relaxing!!!

United States of AmericaWe tried checking in where everyone else does and found out our check in process was different. We were given the wrong entry code, so needed to contact the service # when we arrived and wait till they could send us a new one. There was plenty of space to park - we contacted the service # to see if we could park 2 hours before our check in, but the answer was no. There aren't any games, cards. There aren't any beach chairs etc. We were not allowed to rent bikes from the building because the condo rental agency is not part of the agency for the rest of the building. No longer able to rent bikes across the street at the Dolphin inn. Maybe 2 rolls of paper towel instead of one?
The location is perfect. Nice view. Comfortable. Pretty. Nice building. Enough room at the pool and hot tub.

United States of AmericaThere were stains (some if not all unwashed) on the bedspreads and sheets in all the bedrooms. Wanted to change the sheets but the extra sheet smelled awful, like it was sour. Random drips on the walls in the bathrooms, stains on the wall next to the toilet paper holder, hair shavings and hairs in and around the tub. Had to clean it myself before using. Crusty shower head and pink grout. All things I keep clean in my own home that I would expect a professional cleaning company to resolve. Getting into the building upon arrival was a nightmare. Arrived before 11pm and followed the instructions to get the door code but the guard wasn’t there so we called the number and he had no clue about the code for the lock box. So we called Gullwings and they said we had to call Vacasa since that was the rental company. Called them and they were super sweet but weren’t sure what to do either so waited on hold for them to figure it out and luckily some other guests let us in after hearing our children crying in the parking lot. Then once we got into our room (with a door code for the room) we realized the key cards don’t work. So we contacted Vacasa the next morning (very kind ladies) and they notified the local property manager who texted me to let me know good key cards were waiting at the front desk. My husband went to get them and the resort staff had no idea what he was talking about and said they hadn’t received a call. So I had to call back the manager and leave a message and finally a bit later we were able to get the cards. He also had to ask the front desk for our parking passes that should have been in the room but were not. There is 0 communication between Vacasa and Gullwings and it is all up to the guests to arrange everything. We did not have any issues with any of this at all the first time we stayed here (Gullwings but different room) so either the quality of service has gone down the last 6 months or the management company needs improvement.
Great resort, nice amenities, beautiful pool and beach area. We’d been here before earlier this year and loved it so decided to come back. The three-bedroom condos are very spacious and comfortable. Nice decor, neutral with pops of color. Very nice furniture and a beautiful screened in balcony with a table where we ate meals every day. Beds were decent and everyone slept well. Ran out of room in the negative section so coming here to say some garbage under dressers, ice maker in freezer broken and one lamp not working in the 2nd bedroom.
