Very musty smelling, carpet felt dirty when walked on barefoot. The water smelled and when you dried off after showering the white towel had an orange tint to it. Even my toenails were tinted orange. You just didn't feel clean.

The appearance of the property... looks like a ghost town in the middle of the summer... about 15 minutes from Chinoteague and Eastern Shore For comparison there's another America's Best in about 20 minutes down the road and it is night and day different in terms of The appearance from the highway Electrical outlets within rooms poorly configured... Whatever amenities advertised are just there but definitely not maintained or cared for... they're listed to draw eyes to the listings Like a landlord renting his property... it looks like they did just enough to the property for the right to operate as a hotel!

For two friends the room served the purpose... & no further in person deposit was required. Definitely nothing special to write home about We got what we paid for in this time of year

Facility in need of major repairs. No/very little hot water for a shower.

Staff friendly. Breakfast bar had good choices. Mattress comfortable. Plenty of parking. Close to highway.

The ceiling was coming apart and you could tell there was water damage from the roof leaking at one point. Bed was comfortable definitely not happy with the price I paid and the condition of our room. Found an econo lodge cheaper on the way home that was alot nicer.

didnt like the parking in the front ,had to walk our stuff across a big yard the up 2 flights of stairs,air conditioner worked but couldnt set it to be comfortable it would be either to cold or to hot even if it was set at a certain temp,we found 3 roaches in our room,needed thicker quilts,bigger tvs,need a freezer in the fridge,more comfy chairs,had to go to the front desk for ice.for the money we paid the rooms could have been cleaner and more pleasurable

The rooms need to remodeled carpets filthy, bathrooms are horrible, rust coming through pipes you have to brush your teeth with bottled water. Buckets to catch water leaking from the AC, and the furniture is old . The clorine in the pools was too much . It's just a place to rest your head!

This motel fit our travel needs. It is in need of updating throughout. Rooms need painting, screens needed repair. I would not stay here again.

The rooms were clean enough but the bathroom was a little sketchy. I took a bottle of spray sanitizer so that eased my mind. We had a room with 2 beds, 1 was ok but the other wasn't very comfortable. Took some repositioning to get comfortable enough to sleep.

It's in between Chincoteague and OC. It was the cheapest I could find in the area. They have smoking rooms and they really didn't smell of smoke like I expected. The staff was incredibly friendly, even helping to carry our cooler to our car. The pool was clean. Housekeeping was great and left our room looking like new every day.

Rooms need to be refurnished. Water smells to rust and does not feel well after having a shower. I even doubted about brushing my teeth with that water. Everything looks old and shaby.
