The electrical system looked a bit suspect, with lots of plugs in one socket

Location great - close to the slopes. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. It had a bath and shower - good for us. The continental breakfast is basic but included in the price. The staff allowed us to cook bacon and eggs in the microwave, which was great. The hot tub was excellent and clean. It was great being able to keep our skis in the room. We were very close to the shops and restaurants

I think real silverware would make a huge difference. I could not spread butter on my toast because the plastic knife was too bendy. In one week we went through a LOT of disposables just for breakfast

Breakfast could have had some protein options such as hardboiled, scrambled eggs or such. Mostly carb heavy breakfast and sugary options. Coffee was good, though.

Great location to several hikes, shops, restaurants and gondolas. Easy bus access to Aspen which runs frequently. Friendly, easy-going staff.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect . Breakfast fine. Great to have all day tea and coffee. Comfortable lounge area with cosy fire. Rooms comfortable with adequate storage. Lovely atmosphere reminiscent of small family run hotels of old. Transfers to and from airport efficient without waiting.

The price was high for low season.

The location is beautiful. Unfortunately it was not ski season. The walk up the ski run was nice. It was and easy drive to the Maroon Bells.

Really can't complain about the property given that it had a decent price compared to staying in other properties in the Aspen area. The mall was a great perk. Only thing is that a continental breakfast wasn't included, since this property does have an area near their lobby for this purpose. I realize some places discontinued due to Covid initially, but that time has passed and a continental breakfast would be a nice added touch.

Although the price was higher than my budget, this was my second time in Aspen and staying at this hotel because it was the most affordable in the area. For this second time staying there, I had a little more time to explore the area and loved the mall that was next to the property. There were lovely shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from. There was also a view of the mountain ski gondola on the other end, and fireplaces built into tables at the far end so people could sit there and enjoy the view or dine. I loved that it was right next to the property. Getting to the rooms can by tricky due to the map provided (since it's built on an incline the 4th floor is actually at the group level). A large parking lot is across from the building, and there was a spot near the lower end door on the bottom end of the property to temporarily get our bags out and not have to travel very far to our room. I like this property a lot in Snowmass!

at $400+ a night it was incredibly loud. every time someone shut their door above or below us our room would shake. beds were old and very uncomfortable.
