Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I did not like how it stayed breakfast was an option they didn’t have breakfast available for us and with me having children that’s once of the things I look for in a hotel is a pool and breakfast. And I was truly disappointed in that option not being available. It also says hot tub and pool the hot tub seems to have not worked in years so maybe making it aware it’s not in use would be a good idea for this property to change that option to not available along with breakfast being unavailable. My microwave and fridge also did not work.
I liked the location. Definitely a good spot outside of st.louis. Was a few miles out from the aquarium where we were going and to the zoo as well. A good 20-30 minute drive both ways to each place. Also depends on traffic. Food and gas station options are close by.

Our room had the smoke alarm dangling down from the ceiling. Otherwise, it seemed clean and nice.
The breakfast didn't have anything hot and had very little of everything else. I guess all hotels must be doing away with a good hot breakfast.

It needs some minor repairs. At 11:05 housekeeping wan knocking on the door wanting me to leave. There was only about 6 cars in the lot. They were not full. I was on my way out. I will not be staying there again.

Our room had a sink that was starting to detach from the vanity and the toilet stopped working. Think this hotel is in need of some maintenance and remodeling

I didn’t like that our room smelled like smoke even though it was a no smoking room (it leaks in through the vents.) and I didn’t like that our shower head was disgusting

Our key card had to be reset every time we left our room. The pool/hot tub was not available, the exercise room was unavailable, and there was no breakfast either morning we were there.
It was a quiet location. The bed was comfortable, with soft pillows. Not a whole lot to say.

Room wasn't what i reserved and they didnt have so went to different accommodations yet same price. Hot tub did not work. No breakfast at all. Room had mold covering air unit. Holes in blankets .

Non smoking room smelled like smoke, the chair in our room was dirty, hot tub was shut down, pool was dirty and freezing, mold on the bathroom ceiling. The patio had old broken appliances and junk sitting around..
We were given the wrong room and overcharged and Amber took good care of us and got us a different room .

Dirty carpet , colored blankets can hide stains from previous guest.No breakfast . I really like the hotel , but , the carpet needs to be replaced with some type of laminate , tile , something that can be mopped easily. Truckers use the hotel and the carpet got the bottoms of my feet black . There should be all white bedding so it is easily seen as clean .

The hot tub in the photos was boarded up could not get in it. The pool was not clean, had green around the edges and freezing cold! Not lights in the pool area. The room they put us in was not cleaned, there was a used condom under a chair, NASTY!
