Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our stay was too short. Actual flatware would be a nice touch over disposable plastic ware.
Room was nice. Breakfast was decent, better than other places. Staff very pleasant. Seemed well maintained.

Our garbage wasnt emptied, we ran out of tissues and there were no clean towels. Was told by evening shift front desk person that housekeeping does not clean until after departure

The night desk man was unhelpful and a bit rude when we told him we had lost something and wanted to check lost and found he told us to come back in the morning and refused to look but the morning shift was very nice. Never did find those lost trunks though. No
The rooms were spacious and comfy. The pool was great and breakfast was pretty good.

Front desk guy was not a people person. Asked about slow wifi and he brushed me off. He said it was my device. Never had the problem in a hotel before.

No taxi would respond to the location given its remoteness, and I had to walk to the VPC with my suitcase.
The location was just under a mile from the Sr Louis VPC.

The price seemed a little high for the location. However, it was 4th of july weekend.
They served hot breakfast. The room was clean. We enjoyed the pool. The hotel is about 20-25 min drive from St. Louis downtown

It was off the freeway and it looks like a nice neighborhood and was easy to navigate
The room was a had some dirt on the carpet and the bathroom had hairs like it was not cleaned. Other than that it was good.

We had the do not disturb sign out on our door so we could sleep in a little bit, but housekeeping knocked on the door anyway. That was annoying.

The bathroom, The bath tub was not very clean, for me the toilet was not high enough. I was offered the disabled one that I had requested but it was on the 3 floor I said no,I would have had to walk to far. More on 1st floor better yet.
I wish it would have been a fresh breakfast but I knew that their was not going to be one, anyway we are not unhappy about the bags the safer the better. The fresh coffee was also delightful THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

It is kind of in the "boonies" and a little sketchy to drive at night especially by yourself.
Someone made our plates for us and was so nice! If we were to ever travel back that way, we would stay here for sure. The hotel check in was easy. The guy there that checked me in was so nice and friendly. Even at 10 at night. Also no too far away from St.Louis.

Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Strongly so.

Your DAY staff was not knowledgeable enough to book a wedding party. I had to pay for one room twice. Then she made up a false registration with the wrong date to cover her mistake. It had a bogus registration number and the wrong amount on it. Either you have an incompetent DAY employee or you need to retrain her. In order to stay with the rest of my family at your hotel, my son-in- law had to register me through booking.com. Now I am paying him back and booking.com says I am still registered at your hotel for a room. You owe me a free one night stay or you need to refund the money I have already paid for the room I was not given.

The shower retained water at the doorway at least 1/2 inch deep. Was obviously long standing water. Shower pan was sloped wrong. Told management about the problem and was told she would have to see for herself
