The place was in total disrepair. Shower rod was pulled out of the wall on both sides, big drywall patches throughout the room, zero housekeeping on the exterior.

Location was convenient. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.

It's a budget accommodation so don't expect much. Crowded place, always busy, small rooms with junkies nearby.

Staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Area seemed suspicious but service was good overall

I am a woman traveling alone, and I had no idea I was booking into a residential hotel in a seedy part of Portland when I booked this. I got in after dark and there were people with doors open and laundry hanging out. I had to check in through a window—they kept their doors locked and the place had police cars blocking off the road right next door to the place. I really didn’t feel safe in this place. The room itself was okay, but I would never recommend this place—staying in a well-rated airbnb is as cheap and safer!

The phone, refrigerator, and microwave didn't work. I thought I'd booked a non-smoking room, but every time I went into it it smelled like smoke.

We had to clean the room. There was poop on the floor by the bed. We won't go back. The door was extremely hard to open, looked like it has been kicked in. Not one picture on the wall.

Bed bugs (they bite). No fridge or microwave. No trash can in room. Poor outlet locations. Poor furniture arrangement (I moved the desk myself to be next to the only usable outlet). Bathroom counter and floor were not clean. Window latch is broken so it doesn't lock. Non-smoking room still smelled like cigarettes.

Housekeeping replaces the sheets and towels daily

The entire place was disorganized and trash everywhere. Outside were people who looked liked they lived there. They didn’t seem to sleep either. The bed had a huge dip in the middle, the blankets were thin as the sheets, no trash can, the floor slumped hard in front of the toilet, the hot water took forever, and the room was fairly clean. For what we paid not worth it.

Puddles of water on the dresser top, sink counter and fridge which ruined my phone when I walked into the room and put my purse and phone on the counter. Smoke alarm BEEP BEEP BEEP All Night Long even after the mgr said it won’t beep. The alarm was quiet until midnight or so when I started screeching.

Bed was uncomfortable, smell in room, toilet ran all of time, poor lighting, no parking spaces, broken down cars taking up parking lot, loud music and people fighting all night long, the office was shut down and had tons of garbage in it,got two nails in my tires, cause of construction they was TRYING to do,1970 goodwill furniture, flooring was uneven and squeak when walking on it, front door had been broken into, several times and they didn’t even fix the door right, scared my car was going to be stolen or broken into, no security cameras, old metal windows, probably lead base paint, bed bugs
