Really bad wifi and TV situation.... And too many people in the pool to really enjoy it . Which was not the facilities fault .as it was Easter weekend

Staff could have been more attentive. I hardly ever saw Any staff. I didn't receive my complimentary breakfast. I was told they didn't provide those.

Location was nice, right on the strip. Hotel was clean, smelled good and looked good. Room was beautiful, bed was soft, this place is close to the beach and every store, restaurant or anything you could need.

The pull out bed was not in very good shape. An adult would have been very uncomfortable .

My family and I had a great stay at Princess Royale. While the staff at the front desk was just okay, the facility was fantastic. The rooms are very comfy and accommodating for families. The proximity to the beach is very close with decent views. One downside to the hotel is the balconies, they are odd-shaped and very small. All-in-all I had a great time and would recommend to anybody traveling to Ocean City.

Repairs were being done that effected the hot water being turned off for a while. Communication should have been given to guests so we would have been aware and not waiting for guests to call maintenance about it.

Need to have lifeguard at pool especially when there are younger children/infants and older kids in pool at the same time. Older kids/teenagers get to wild. I do not think it is wise to have adults drinking in pool area. It is plenty of room outside the area for this. Otherwise it was good.

I didn't like that the room didn't have an oven. I felt like the hotel needed some upgrades. Wallpaper was falling off. The lower level looked spooky. The rooms didn't have important hotel information booklets.

The price was amazing!!! Thank you Booking. com Loved the view and location. The bed was super comfortable. I felt very relaxed every morning. Staff were very speedy with call requests from the front desk

We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was removed. My husband and I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Also, the spa location in the basement was not very pretty. I felt like we were in a dungeon and it isn't somewhere I would want to go. The arcade was even scarier. I would not want to send my kids there to play. It was dark and dungenous and dirty. I think the basement should be only for the workers or the staff of the hotel. It should be off limits for the guests because it is not in line with the rest of the hotel whatsoever.

Loved that the pool was slightly heated. It made for a welcome surprise. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing! The staff at the restaurant was so friendly and they accommodated our daughter's meal request. The view in the restaurant was also amazing. I loved the Starbucks in the main lobby and the gift shop. The room was nice as well. It rained the entire time we were there, but it didn't matter, because we were able to enjoy the pool and the bar n grill. We loved the tiki bar next to the pool and ate there all day long!

I got there they didn't have my reservation I got put in the wrong room I waited a long time and no hot water on the first night my wife wasn't happy

The “Adult” time for pool. Kids were in the pool until closing would’ve been nice to have the last hour or two to the adults instead of the morning for one hour.

Service at tiki bar was kinda slow, wasn't able to order food because I sat there for 15 min waiting for someone to help me and by the time they got to me the kitchen was closed

It would have been great if your website had indicated roof repairs on the building and the unavailability of the pool.

The roof was being repaired so there was no pool access. There was construction noise. And then young people thought they should stand in the hallway and make noise. Thankfully the did go to bed and it quieted down.

Renovation of the glass ceiling which closed the main pool room but understood it was needed to be done for safety.

Loved the room, loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the Ocean. We will be back.

The pool was closed due to the renovation going on for the roof. The front desk says the Bookings should have notified me of this and when I checked my messages I found a message explaining that the pool was closed weekdays from Feb 2 to Feb 29. The problem is that my reservation was in March.

The room was freshly renovated and looked very nice. Having a kitchen was wonderful and the living room was great.

The location of the resort was too far but overall for the reasoning of our stay it was ok.
