Parking garage is very tight and was unable to use. I had to park on the street. Required to give my drivers license to use a luggage carrier to get bags to our room. Room is dated with popcorn ceiling and gaps between the wall and ceiling. Outlets to plug in computers or cellphone charges are few. WIFI signal is weak and went in and out. Basically not useable. Fire alarm went off around 9:30am, had to leave the building for basically a false alarm. Despite the no smoking policy the building smelled of marijuana in several common areas.

We were very disappointed with the removal of the hot tub. We have stayed at this location in the past and when we went back the hot tub had been filled in with concrete so it was not usable.

The atrium was very nice with furniture outside the pool area. This was a nice place to relax when the pool closed for the night.

The hot tub was closed, and no saunas anymore I looked forward to that also my husband keep getting rashes from the pool water it's his 3rd time I don't know what's going on also the living room was a little smaller then the room I usually stay in so u usually stay in the partial balcony room which has a lot of space but this time we stayed in the ocean front room but bathroom seems a little smaller and the living room was smaller also my water was cold the maintenance guy had to come up to get it running

We didn't like the fact that the restaurant was closed for dinner time so we had to door dash our food. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was dated. Especially being a Princess hotel, it should've been more pristine looking. There were stains on the sheets.

We liked the pool but wish it had a hot tub, the view was beautiful. I did love tiki bar but prices were high.

Swimming pool and big size room

Excellent place for spending a lazy, swimming days with your family. Amazing pool and hot tub for the adults. Not allowed the kids - for someone it’s disappointing to explain why kids can’t go there. Strong smell of chlorine in your room from the pool. No breakfast. Amazing location - first line of the beach. Nice option to have a room on the 1st floor with an entrance to the pool. Amazing staff

Hot water wasn't Hot at all 🥶 We froze riding the motorcycle in & that's all we wanted.... Don't know if the remodel on the 4th floor has anything to do with it or not 😟

No ice. Not a deal breaker. Building is older, and yes, some things could use updating still- but not enough to where it affects the stay. Everything was clean- NO BUGS like some folks commented. Parking is 'tight'- but if you're driving a sedan, there will be no problems, and there were plenty of spots.

Second time here- a bit nervous because of some of the recent bad reviews. I had nothing to worry about. The stay was amazing! Pros: Location- proximity to beach and restaurants, golf, shopping etc. Right on the beach! Staff was so friendly! Coffeemaker broke- they fixed immediately. Indoor pool- massive and lights up. Kids loved it! Parking on-site Newly renovated Arcade on-site Plenty of hot water. Boiler and water heaters just replaced.

The pool was busy. Other guests were not friendly but not a hotel problem.

The beach is accessible. Other fun places like restaurants or cafes are close. Parking is an important feature this hotel offers. The location of the hotel is great. The staff are extremely friendly.

I didn't like the fact that we had to keep asking for towels and trash bags when we stayed for a whole week. We only had our bedding changed once because we asked someone in the hallway.

The room was very nice. Just disappointed because we asked for ocean front and kitchen and we could barely see the ocean and we didn't have an oven.
