My overall stay was a great stay the rooms were clean the desk clerk addressed if I had any issues and was very friendly we did not eat the continental breakfast I would stay here again on my next visit.

The staff were nice, room was clean, and breakfast was pretty good. Also, they have a great Chinese buffet restaurant across the street which has delicious food!

Really disappointed in breakfast. Nothing edible. No protein. Not even Raisin Bran cereal. Asked front desk about the empty container. Was advised we have none. In room refrigerator badly needed defrosting.

There was a used towel left hanging on the bathroom door, a baggie stuffed in the peep hole and stickers from new clothes on the shower rod.

It was located in a perfect spot for everything we intended to do.

While we appreciated the option of having breakfast, it was not very good and about as minimal as you can get: cereal, over processed muffins and waffles.

Nothing to complain at a $60 rate. Minimal: Just a bit noisy (thin walls, TV from neighbor was very loud. Glad I had solid ear plugs.). Very strong Clorox odor, so good the windows opened.

Great price for value! Cozy bed. Spacious room. Wood looking/modern floors. Very clean! Super friendly, welcoming front desk staff. Strong water pressure, hot shower. Overall a very pleaseant overnight stay.

The breakfast was a bit lacking. The only real options were pre-made muffins and some cereal. We typically choose hotels based on the availability of included breakfast. Had we known this one would be a bit sparse, we likely would have stayed elsewhere.

The staff was friendly enough. The coffee was good enough. The rooms were spacious and the floor was quiet. The location is pretty good as it is near the interchange of 281 and Loop 1604. The city is quickly and easily accessible from here barring any traffic.

Staff was not overly friendly, but they did their job. If you don't have a vehicle, there is lots of walking to get anywhere. Cabs will only pick you up if you are going longer distances like the airport or downtown.

Beautiful room, comfortable and clean. Hot coffee 24/7. Decent breakfast, waffles, cereal, fruit, juice.

Nice facility overall. Spacious room. Nice tub/shower. Appreciated the size, and flat bottom tub. Mattress was comfortable. Easy access, near airport.

Detergent in common areas smelled really intensely, it gave me nausea every morning. Floors could be cleaner, compared to the rest of the room they seemed neglected. Our room faced the parking lot and it was hard to have natural light in the room without being seen by random strangers - we had to keep the blinds down the whole morning.

Comfortable beds, overall calm without outside noise at night, toilet and shower were clean, cleaning staff changed our towels and gave us more mini shampoos, soap bars, and toilet paper every couple of days. Place is close to a Walmart and many restaurants, so you have access to food and other things easily.

States a hot breakfast served and I guess by default if waffles are the only hot item other than hot drinks then it does pass the litmus test. Additionally, some concerns given the exit at the end of our hallway was blocked thus leaving concerns for not being able to exit in case of a fire. Additionally the closet door was easily unhinged and rusted tracking. The bath retained water and likely needed the drain to be cleaned from likely excess hair build up.

It was reasonably priced and found the bed to be comfortable. The room was clean but showed signs of wear. Shower did have good pressure and no problems with hot water.

Although clearly marked “no smoking”, upon arrival it did smell as if someone was smoking on the floor where our room was. Not sure how that can be further enforced but just not the best arrival experience. The air conditioner didn’t regulate itself too well. The room was moist and musty when we got there until we switched A/C to dry then air improved. The area it is did feel a little sketchy with vacant restaurants around and low lighting. Definitely didn’t feel safe and secure when we arrived in the evening but felt better in the day and got used to things by second night stay.
