The website should indicate their shuttle does not operate after 11 PM.

I never got there! Their website indicates a shuttle bus will retrieve you from the airport. They forgot to say - not after eleven o'clock! Anyway, I caught the shuttle to my hometown insteasd of paying a big taxi fare to the hotel!

The bathroom door was broken and the shower was spraying all over the ceiling. The shower/bath tub seal was peeling. Lastly, no one picked up the phone at the front desk when I arrived at the airport so I couldn't get a shuttle.

The bed was comfortable and there was someone at the front desk 24/7.

where to start. general condition of common areas was very poor. paintwork on doors, other parts of the room was scratched and clearly hadn’t been painted for many years. bathroom was unpleasant and poorly fitting, everything was just tired.

staff were friendly and helpful. location was very good for a 1 night layover after a long flight.

The rooms were disappointing. The doors were very worn, did not reach the floor, and did not seem secure with all locks engaged. The rooms were dank, and the king bed sunk in in the middle while we slept.

The location was good for easy airport access.

I used to be housekeeper , I just would like to recommend if they can use mr.clean sponges for a better clean specially the hard stains in the tub. there was soap from the previous people at stay in the room up top corners of the shower.

employees were welcoming ,front desk lady I wish I got her name was really sweet ,helpful, just amazing.

I was given a key for a room that had other people in it! I opened the door of a hotel room at midnight on people who were sleeping!

I don't think it's worth the price and didn't feel safe. The room is okay when it doesn't smell cigarettes but the building isn't. Doesn't recommend if it's for more than a few hours before your flight.

WARNING!!!!!!! $50 PET FEE!!!!! Says NOWHERE that there's a pet fee until it's too late and you've booked. Book elsewhere if you have a pet. LaQuinta next door is 200% nicer and cheaper if you have your furry friend with you.

We waited an hour for a shuttle from the airport. We were told it would be silver, with the name on it, but the subtle was white and did not say Quality Inn on it at all.

There was a lingering scent everywhere you went inside the hotel. It was like smoke mixed with who knows what. It was bearable as long as you had air freshener in your room. I would prefer blunt spray because it last longer. Halls needed to be upgraded, I was afraid I was gonna fall through the floor because it had dips on them. I also felt like i was in a movie at first because the scenery of the hallway were giving “I’m about to knock down your door” vibes. I was fine once i entered my room besides the smell.

The room was good. Beds & bathroom were clean. Location was great.

Old inn, the room is ok. The sink is toooo low for a tall person. Great staff no complains, but you have to walk to front if you need something. Bagged breakfast is ok since they have fresh orange, but the rest are just frozen food and water and a box of juice(sometimes).

I had to wait 45 mins for a shuttle and call the hotel four times to finally coordinate a pick-up from the airport. The floors and walls looked beat up, and could use some rehab.

The remodeling looks thrown together. Could be a whole lot better. The lamps near the bed was not working. I know it’s near the airport but the walls are very thin as u can hear the next floor above you walking. Then front desk checked me in wrong. I got charged 4 times for my stay. After I had already told them I was charged one night prior to coming so I owed for second night and boom 2 more charges happened before the second nights stay.
