Could have advertised that the pool was down and an outside pool also fruit in breakfast area was old food look like it had been reheated several times.

Their was construction and men working on ladders at the entrance. While showering, the water was staying in the bath tub. The remote control worked poorly.

They had no microwave in room but did have one on property. Vending machine should be cash and card acceptable. Ice machine was broken. Even though they served breakfast they had no utensils available for guests. But overall was a good night.

Nasty carpet that smells. Pieces of the bed missing, they only clean the room every 4 days, did not empty the trash at all. Someone left their trash in the hall, and no one picked it up.

The shower curtain was very used and dirty. The ac unit was extremely dirty/dusty and not plugged in all the way. Stuffy in room. Struggle opening door with key card also.

The breakfast was well put together. Maybe having a better way to do waffles would help congestion in the lobby.

Bathroom sinks was clogged up. So the bowl filled up pretty fast. Tub had long strings of hair in it. The door lock did not lock. The comforter had a hole in it. The temperature would not get the right cooling temperature. The icebox was not cleaned it had brown stains on the shelves. Only was given one wash rag when it should have been 2.

The top quilt had some fresh mess on it, almost like it wasn’t changed from the last guest or cleaners made a small mess, but it wasn’t terrible. A few things were also caked with dust which isn’t a great sign. The breakfast wasn’t the best either, and the whole time we could smell STRONG cigarette smoke, we don’t smoke so it was very off putting.

Staff was friendly super friendly. The bed was super comfy and blankets were warm with the cold AC paired with it.

Booked a king room, was given a double. The tubs faucet was leaking all night. The curtain wouldn't close so the parking lot light was shining in the room. The refrigerator was unplugged when we got there. Front desk staff had a very abrupt unfriendly manner.

Maybe they shoukd put a sign saying how too turn the heater on its a switch on the wall behind the curtain . I called twice thinking it didn't work all the time it's behind the curtain . I thought that was unusual .

Breakfast could have been better, only had cold items no bacon are sausage. Kinda disappointed.

I don’t think my comforter was changed. It had an odor and stains. I could be wrong. The keys don’t work properly for the doors. The key cards had food residue on them.
