Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The rooms were dirty, the hotel itself wasn’t very clean, they didn’t get us 3 rooms by each other. The staff were kind of rude. There was no pool towels to dry off with

No attention to detail. Room did not have coffee service restocked properly. Had to go to desk after checking in, was no one there. This was at 5 PM. Over priced.

The room was dirty. The shower didn't work properly. The pool wasn't heated (it's an indoor small pool that felt like an ice bath challenge).

it was a decent stay. wifi/tv/fridge/shower/restroom/ac worked well. There were scuffs on the door to the room, and the door's lock latch was hanging on by 1 screw. we were on the 3rd floor, very back of the building, and instead of walking to the front desk to be changed from rooms, we just tightened the screws on the latch. Coldwater is a small-ish town, and location was good. saw a total of 12 cars during my stay.

Needs deep cleaning and updating. The guy at the counter couldn’t tell us where our rooms were located and charged a $50 hold even though we were prepaid but couldn’t tell us what it was for the lady the next day explained it was for any damages It fell off after 4days and we weren’t charged but seems could have been handled better. We won’t be back.
The complimentary breakfast was okay. Nothing special at this location. Didn’t use pool was dark and dreary.

The bathroom needed cleaning in the corners and the door needed replacing. The toilet was for little people, not adults. Breakfast gets a thumbs down.

We did not get one of the cool rooms. We came here because we have a small dog and the website said they were “pet friendly”. When we arrived, and confirmed we had a small dog, we were not given king size bed we had booked online, instead a room on the back side with two double beds. Once we got in the room, it was obvious that room was given to anybody with a pet. The door with scratched terribly from the inside. We would have had a much better nights sleep had we had the king bed!
Good location, near the interstate. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. There was a beautiful area in the middle. They have rooms that look out onto an indoor pool.

Our first night after going out and getting back, we noticed that the room’s ac stopped working. We got another room and that one had a small leak in the bathroom. I notified front desk and was told someone would check it out that day but never happened.
The pool and playground are all inside. Breakfast is decent.

It was hard to locate the rooms they way they were numbered and the staff wasn't interested in helping. They left a door lock protruding and I tore the skin on my arm badly. The front desk did give me a large bandaid to cover the inch and a half tear.
It was clean and reasonably priced.
