My first night no knob on my shower in my room so I couldn’t take a shower, didn’t have another room to put me in per gentleman at the desk

The staff allowed a group of people to run around the hotel and use all the washing machines all night not allowing me to do what laundry I needed done. The housekeeping staff told me I needed to leave before the agreed upon late checkout time that was made with the front desk, and didn't make me feel comfortable or welcome.

Some of the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast had a very limited selection, but was good.

The fixtures in the shower/tub should be replaced. Also, there was no adjustment on the shower head--was way too forceful. The carpet appeared to have some spots. There was a slight oder in the room as if it had not been used for some time.

Both key cards to my room very very challenging to open the hotel room door. At one point I was locked out of the room completely when both cards failed. The front desk then issued new cards. The carpet on the stairs and hallways seemed heavily soiled. The room air conditioners did not seem to work and the room was very hot and stuffy. Only when I turned the thermostat down to 64 degrees did the fan turn on and I believe the air conditioner never did turn on.

The room was “seedy”- torn carpet, cracked or missing caulking in bathroom around tub/shower. Close to a busy street, so very noisy.

There weren't enough towels for swimming and bathing. No ice machine on the floor. Only three small pillows for a queen bed. No clock in the room. Internet on TV wasn't working correctly on second day. Took a while to get it fixed.

No complaints. This lodging earned its name of Quality Inn.

I liked the counter person Amber (Tiana) who had recently joined the Quality Inn Team. Amber was friendly and helpful. A staff member must stand out for me to remember their name. The other team members were pleasant as well. The room was very comfortable.

No one at the front desk when we tried to check in after a long day of driving. 4 guests were waiting to check in. Liquid only vending machine on our floor was out of everything. Tub was scrubbed down to the blue finish and looked scary - should have been replaced by now. Only 2 individual coffees given and one was torn open when we very carefully opened the package. Same with the sugar.

The continental breakfast was OK. Location was easy to get to...BUT noisy being so close to the interstate. The room appeared clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel definitely needs updating.

The location was a bit frightening for a senior citizen woman traveling alone. There was a lot of noise going on at night. The day manager however was extremely helpful as when I woke up there was a winter storm and he literally cleaned the ice off my windows so I could get on my way before the storm was in full force. I offered to pay him but he declined. He was just being nice to a traveler.
