The carpet was outdated and needed cleaning. I prefer hardwood or tile flooring. The bathroom was too tiny,  wish I would have known the square footage of that small space I would’ve booked or larger room

Rooms are dated, but comfortable. Air conditioning only seemed to cool the bedroom and not the living room area. Tub did not drain well while showering, like taking a bath standing up but again, not the worst thing.

Location was perfect to anything we needed. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was small but worked good for the kids. Staff did a great job of keeping it clean.

If I had to pick something - I would say the older carpeting and the fact that the rooms were not remodeled - although they were clean, so that was a bonus there. Wish there was a bit more space or a table/chairs for us to also eat - there were 2 chairs in room but they were office chairs.

Location was spectacular. The boardwalk was a minute's walk - as was coffee (dunkin, wawa, etc). Everything was within walking distance - and not a hike. Like the boardwalk, the beach was right there - literally - the location of this hotel is perfect for everything! The staff of this hotel is so warm and friendly - they are good people - from the owners to the employees - everyone greeted you with a smile and a good morning. They joked with my kids - it was very family oriented. Rooms aren't remodeled but they were spacious - bathroom was large and although older look - clean. TV and channels were also great for wind down time

The beds are uncomfortable The living room area needs updating and a large sofa bed or futon style sofa.

I loved that it’s close to the Boardwalk, Beach and many restaurants. The rooms are updated nicely The towels were nice and soft.

Cleaning service could have been better during our stay. We had to ask for fresh towels on the second day, they never came to clean. The following day they came to clean but room wasn’t swept, bathroom wasn’t cleaned and beds were not made.

Great location to beach and boardwalk. Pool was clean. Room was spacious for 3 of us, and could have accommodated 3 more comfortably. Room was spotless when we arrived.

Could use an update in rooms. Bathroom shower made loud noises when on. No smoking policy. For price I paid, should have been allowed to smoke outside of your room.

Very hot in couch area A/c unit is in the bedroom and blows out into living room have to keep bedroom door open at all times …A/C unit is right above your head in bed , didn’t like it because of dripping Pool closes at 6 way too early

Unfortunately, you cannot control who also stays at the same property. Loud and multiple children screaming and cursing, running around pool daily! SMALL children with foul mouth!

Upon arrival, the room smelled clean. The pool was very clean and maintained the entire time we were there. As soon as we checked in Debbie gave us a welcome bag with coupons and brochures. The diner next door offers 10% off as well. We were able to have late check out and Debbie let us park for free prior to our departure. Debbie and staff were EXTREMELY friendly and flexible and accommodating for anything we asked for! The entire staff were so pleasant. The location is great! Block and a half away from boardwalk. Overall great stay!

No coffee pot in the room, bathroom sink took a little bit to drain. Otherwise enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.
