The key card did not work , in the morning of. They worked at first in the evening, but morning came, neither key card worked.

We didn't like that. It was so far away from places and we had to Uber everywhere and getting an Uber out there was very hard

I loved the fresh smell of the hotel as you walked into the lobby. The food was excellent. In the casino, the machines were well spaced and the dealers at the tables were friendly.

Our front desk lady was miserable, but the other three working at the desk were perfect with their guests! I guess we just picked the wrong one!

A perfect start when we arrived in the parking lot and a super friendly golf cart driver picked us up. It made a great first impression for us! In the short trip he gave us a run down on what the resort offered. Wonderful!

The hotel room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The resort grounds and casino were well-maintained and attractive. Hotel rates were competitive with lesser-quality options. I fully enjoyed my stay.

Check in process was very smooth. Restaurant on site was delicious. The room was very clean but when we came in, the A/C was set on 64. It was only about 50 degrees outside so the room seemed very cold.

Be more accommodating when booking through a third party. This was my first time booking and I requested an adjustment to our reservation. Instead the adjustment turned into a cancellation and a charge to my credit card. I have been trying to resolve this and have left multiple message but have not received a call back.

Greeting upon arrival was not pleasant and the front desk staff member ran through introduction of amenities and facilities available in one breath, so it was difficult to retain the information she gave. Rooms were underwhelming and beds were stiff. Refrigerator in the room was nonfunctioning.

Great value for the entertainment available at the resort and nearby Fountain Hills. The food available in the resort was great and reasonably priced. We did not try room service. Lovely pool/Jacuzzi area and views. Amethyst Spa was wonderful and the staff there was very friendly and pleasant. Good tv channels available in the room. Got to take advantage of several promotions at the casino for food/drinks & play. Good checkout experience. Overall, a fun and relaxing time.

The entrance thru a casino. Not my thing. But I get it! It’s a casino resort!!

We were upgraded to suite #554. Lovely and comfortable and super quiet. Perfection. My only complaint was the coffee in the room. Not good at all. But that’s a tiny lil thing. The room was heavenly. Comfy bed and the best pillows and super quiet and dark.

We asked for handicap access for my mom when booking hotel, email response was to ask at hotel. Once we checked in hotel said they didn’t get the request, they didn’t have any rooms that could accommodate my mom’s disability. We asked for a supervisor to look into it but she said she couldn’t help- that was it!

Everything was clean and ease of movement between casino, hotel, and food choices.

having to get wristbands for the pool. No breakfast buffet or more modern american breakfast. not being able to take a luggage cart for our use when we were checking out, had to wait for bell man.

No breakfast buffet just had the café, but we didn't eat there. The entire stay is an experience in itself. worth staying at, I don't gamble but its always fun to just watch and feel the excitement.
