Limited staff, building and rooms need a lot of maintenance and no ice machines working. Feels like owner/management is giving up.

The room was a little creepy , when we walked in all the dressers and cabinets where wide open When I shut them close , they started opening again almost like if someone was opening them . There was a spider in the shower ! jump scare for sure The hotel was pretty lonely , we got the fourth floor and it was dark upstairs and very sketchy vibes almost like a scary movie scene

Averaging it out the price for this hotel was ok but still not really worth it, the rooms are ok but old and outdated, the shower looked like there was mold on the walls and just covered up with paint.

Definitely needs deep cleaning around the whole property, and new or clean furniture. Ac didn’t work, walls are thin.. could hear everything

First impressions. I wish they would spruce things up. Old and dated, and dirty.. Both elevators , slower than molasses and one was out of order ordering the stay. One tiny bar soap for a family of 4. Three towels and two wash rags. When requested more, there was any ( "waiting for delivery"). Clogged sink in bathroom ( had to manually pull up the plug). Stain in tub... big ...like old scum mark that's now permanently there. Had to call for someone to clean it ( looks like bathroom was not cleaned) Was then informed it was a stain. Gross. Calcium build up on faucet. Leaky drippy faucet, toilet tank. No cleaning service till after day 3!!! This is so crazy to me. But yet, they don't provide enough trash bags and towels to get you by. Hvac was old. Room was either too hot or too cold. Maintenance had to come to sort it. The drawers were broken ( Staff.notifued because I didn't want then to think it was me) and wouldn't close. They remained opened the entire trip.

Tried to give this place another chance. This is my second time staying here. Previous time was 2 years ago. Location is perfect for our plans. But unfortunately that is their biggest pro. The bed and pillows are also adequate. Room was clean but not 100%. There was enough storage space throughout. Fridge, microwave also a plus.( even tho that should be standard)

The wifi was not working well. only living room area wifi worked. The heater was broken, so we ask to get it fixed, but it didn't get fixed.

The location was really great. It was close to Disneyland park and there were a lot of markets and restaurants we could go.

The room smelled of must/mold. The sleeper sofa had springs protruding and we couldn't use it. We moved after one night even though we had to pay out the remaining night.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Mattress had a red stain and not sure what it was. Room had a funny smell and felt humid at times. Looked like someone punched the wall.

No heat, was cold all night. Staff gave us a portable heater the next night. The fact that they had portable heaters means they knew there was a problem. This was not disclosed while checking in. Staff was rude.

Location is great for visiting Knotts.

AC was not working properly. Hot tub didn't always work. Only ice machine was on first floor and no directions to it.

Great location. Staff was very helpful. Nice large suite. Beds were comfortable. Having a larger fridge was a bonus. Easy check in. Lots of parking available.

Our room did not have a room lock. The TVs and fridge did not work. The room was dusty.

It was old and kinda musty smelling. It was freezing with no control of the AC or Heat! Maintenance was supposed to come fix it but never came and staff acted like it was an inconvenience to ask for extra blankets. I stayed two nights in two rooms and was not satisfied I won’t go back!

I like the location and the look there was beautiful tiles everywhere and the pool was nice and clean. The pool closes late that was nice!

The information online doesn't match what they offer. The do not have shuttles, The pictures online of the hotel don't match the rooms. This hotel needs a big remodel.The wifi wasn't working. The faucets were leaking all night and the rooms were dirty.

The only thing i liked was the location on how close it was to the Knotts berry's farm. Nothing else was good.
