Our air conditioner was falling out of the wall and our toilet did not flush properly but other than that it was a good stay

Shower didn’t get hot enough so took lukewarm showers all 4 days which is unacceptable. There should have been 24/7 coffee station for hotel guests

The shuttle bus, supposed to drive all evening every 45th minute, didn't show up until we had waited more than one your. By far not good enough!

The room was in the corner and had a great view but the two walls were from glass and very difficult to close all blinds in order to sleep. Additionally although i was in 8th floor there was noise from street.

The location was excellent, the view was great, the stuff was very helpful. the Hotel was beautiful and the whole enviroment was very modern and nicely decorated.

I felt that the floor had dust as it didn't clean. Meals from restaurant didn't taste well and location is not near shopping malls and food services centers.

Staffs are friendly and professional. Room & bed are comfortable and we love shuttle services to the airport and luggages keeping there because I had to send 4 luggages before i came and they helped us get and keep them well.

Lack of clarity about bus shuttles lead to 45dollar taxi for a ten minute ride so watch out for that Also, i did not recieve IHG points for this stay which is frustrating due to booking online. Seems like a wierd situation...

Abscence of security. And quick response in dangerous situation

Room excellent. Staff room Excelente. Security? No seen! We have a difficult situación last night. A fight at the hall of the floor. Nobody’s coming and we call reception asking for help. The police arrive almost 25 minutes later, then leave and the situation continue 🥹😱 Breakfast and manager - horrible the differences in orientation the guest.

Hotel seemed a bit dingy (at least the floor I was on), with random construction material and cleaning supplies left out in the hallways. Staff started bustling (and talking loudly) around 7am (fine for me, but weird if you're trying to sleep in). When I arrived, staff were quite unfriendly until the realized I had a reservation. Weird. Maybe they just didn't like my face. The hotel restaurant has a lovely vibe but the food is mediocre at best (and is the only food option in the immediate vicinity). Gym was tiny, out of water, cups and towels, and dirty.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Check-in and checkout were simple, with no surprises other than a deposit (only a pseudo-surprise, as these are more and more common these days). Great proximity to L-train; it was a simple 5 minute walk to the station and, from there, an easy ride directly downtown.

For me this is hotel for 1-2 nights max if you are coming for short visit and need to be located next to the airport. THATS ALL :)

TV only advised chanels and not programmes. Staff could have provided the breakfast tokens on booking in rather than us having to ask at breakfast.

Bathroom was not clean. Floor of white bathtub was yellow and had black spots of lime. Also, the floor and carpet could be vacuumed before a new guest arrives, ours were really dirty.

Cons: Hotel is dated, but I guess the price reflects that. We had to be moved because the first room smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room had a wet carpet but we were tired of moving around so stayed in the room. Rude guests slamming doors and making tons of noise between 10 and 11 pm the 2 nights we spent there (not the hotel's fault but that's the crowd they get there). You get what you pay for.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was worth it. 5-minute walk to train station was convenient. Free parking

The sound from air conditioner was a bit too loud and interrupted my sleep at intervals.

I enjoyed my stay, particularly loved the ambience, the city view from my room and customer service delivery.
