Maintenance has obviously been neglected since our last stay. the first room we were given had no AC, and the refrigerator didn’t work. we were moved to an upstairs room (no elevator) and the smoke detector was beeping. i managed to find someone to fix that, eventually. The pool itself seemed clean enough, though there are tiles missing all over and the kiddie pool has algae in it. but the pool area was a mess. Garbage everywhere, no clean towels, trash can full. We had breakfast included in our reservation, but the restaurant is not open.

The property is conveniently located with an outdoor pool, which is what we were looking for in the hot weather we are experiencing.

first assigned room was occupied, second wouldn’t open to our keys. a lot of walking as the room was nearly at the end of the corridor away from front desk. couldn’t find a remote control for tv, a/c was cold and couldn’t be controlled

hot breakfast! 😍 (extended till 12am, only they refilled the buffet very slowly, like first timers), very close to a very good Mexican restaurant Bonita Fiesta

getting pretty dingy. no ice bucket in room, drape wouldn’t close completely, wi fi didn’t work.

very quiet. wonderful desk clerk. waited an hour to get checked in because she was alone with a huge bicycle group. she handled it so efficiently.

Breakfast was awful. Virtually no nutritious food and the dining room was quite depressing. They shouldn't have bothered including breakfast .

The check in man was very friendly. Room was a good size. I had a good sleep because it was quiet and the bed was comfy.

Shabby looking exterior. Dated interior. Long wait to check in. Many construction and heavy equipment people as guests. Not a conformable overall environment but we got the feeling no one would bother anyone staying here. Very well behaved and very quiet guests.

Breakfast wasn't as advertised. Air con in room was pretty slow to kick in, so room stayed warm for the first part of the night. Room key frequently had to be re-magnetized.

Staff was rude and uncaring. Door cards didn't work. Worker all but told me I was a liar and the cards worked. Fire alarm was torn from the wall, room was unclean, shower was clogged. Its nasty to take a shower in calf high water.

Wi-Fi was terrible ... It rebooted nightly, so I had to log on every morning. This could be easy to resolve by reprogramming router; actually only a 2 step process. First floor window screens were also broken and filthy, and need to be replaced.

The thermostat in the room didn't seem to work and was holding at 57 degrees no matter how high we would set it. There was what looking like blood stains on the carpet and blood splatter in the bathroom wall. We found rodent droppings behind the toilet as well.

We liked how large the room was. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Free parking and very nice hotel over all

. 1st room I was put in had a sink full of dirty water that wouldn't drain. Apparently it was supposed to be off the list. Plumber needed. Miscommunication between hotel staff. Dirty outside. Cigarette butts everywhere despite garbage cans which were also filthy. Hotel is in desperate need of updating and clean-up outside for sure. 1st impressions...felt like I was in a bad neighborhood. Druggie walking around the parking lot also.

Bed was very comfortable. Loved the plugs & USB ports on the base of one lamp. Nice fridge.

The room they originally put us in was not turned over yet. There was a straight up vacuum in the room. Trash still full.... The staff member at the desk was very friendly and seemed very surprised and embarassed when i told them and promptly found us a new room across the hall but even as a hospitality worker ... Seeing that right off the bat does make you question the rest of your stay. The hotel itself was a bit eerie, maybe just the day, but very quiet, dark, and straight out of the 80s but nothing made us feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Any complaints are purely surface level. Great option for the price if you need a bed for a road trip, work trip etc..

Super affordable. We just needed a bed for a quick stopover and it was just that. Easily accessed off the I-5, cheap, friendly staff.

it was a big hotel with a lot of potential but it’s super run down and dirty. everything was closed due to covid and the people staying there seemed sketchy.

Day shift desk person, gave a stranger 3 room keys to my room, for me to find out after I had been gone for hours! I was pissed! They really Need to ID people...I was very upset she didn't bother to check and just assumed they were the occupants! Could've been sex traffickers as far as I knew, or what if I would've been hiding from an abusive ex... And then they had free access to a room with a single mom and her 15 yr old daughter, and all of my belongings! My daughter was traumatized, thinking someone was gonna come in the room, she carried mase around the whole time and barely slept, that was very upsetting and never should've happened, no one or said anything either! Evening and night shift desk workers were very nice though and helpful with all other needs we had.

Staff was nice and talkative and accomodating and the room, towels and everything else was clean. Could use a update on the decor and better shower heads, but was satisfactory and way better than the OYO in Kalama!

Everything inside of the hotel (restaurant, bar, gym etc) was closed for Covid safety. None of the restaurants or bars in the surrounding area were closed. I trust this was a staffing issue but, that's not what I was told by staff. I booked this hotel months in advance BECAUSE of the amenities without them I could have stayed at the motel 6
