Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I felt like there could be some more cleaning done. The corners seemed to be missed, walls need a good wipe down, and the safes really need to be cleaned.

They charge you a fee to use the safer even though I didn’t need the safer, we just stayed for a few hours to sleep a little before a very early flight.
Comfortable, clean, quiet area, and well located. The staff were nice and efficient check in and out. Conveniently located close to the Airport.

Miss not having a fridge, microwave and maker coffee as my stay was for several days.

Needed a shuttle ride to airport at 5 am, but shuttle service starts at 6am. Had to make other arrangements. No coffee pot in room. Coffee in lobby was very weak, barely tasted like coffee. Hot water for tea was lukewarm, not hot. Automatic charge for use of safe in room. Must request at check out for refund if not used.

I was woken up at 11:10pm by a security man and told I had to leave because cigarette smoke had been detected in the room. I had to pack up my belongings immediately as I would be removed from the property. This sounds absurd and I was rather shocked to say the least. The night desk operator showed me their alarm record. I explained that I'm a non smoker and was asleep at the time the detector reported the condition. This did not matter as she was following procedure. She did show some compassion and allowed me stay in a different room but would still be charging me the $200 cleaning fee. The next day, the manager in charge was contacted by phone and still refused to retract the fee. This is insane and I'll be seeking damages via our court system.

The shuttle service was not punctual at all. I requested the service at 1:15 PM, and they said it would take a minute. I wasted 1 hour waiting for the shuttle and it never arrived at the end I had to take an Uber.
The room was clean, nice sheets and bed. The bathroom was nice. The check-in process was fast and super clear instructions. The checkout process was super fast. the hold on the credit card after checkout was released right away.

There was poop on the toilet seat when we went in and there were black adult diapers in the top drawer by the TV. We stopped looking after that. I didn't want to see any more.

The Hotel is pretty noisy and you hear everything including the planes (but fortunately there are not really a lot during night time). In the bathroom were a lot of hairs from former guests
The shuttle worked really good and it was nice not to worry about that. Around the hotel were a ton of Fast Food Restaurants and the bus stop was very near. The water got hot fast and easy. I was able to store my bags there before my Check In that was nice. The bed was also more comfortable than I thought. It is not a hotel if you want a "Hotel Vacation " but for only the nights totally fine
