You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey do not clean your rooms till you check out so you get no refills of coffee or anything like that the towels you have to take to the laundry and replace them yourself and the bed was horrible it is two different levels in one bed my wife literally was above me next to me and I was falling off the bed at a tilt

United States of AmericaThe property has lots of big potholes in the parking lot. I hit one and it cut my tire making it go flat. Then I had to put on a spare tire in the rain and find a tire shop open on a Sunday. And I wasn't reimbursed for the damages

United States of AmericaSome of the younger staff tended to be rude at times when they shouldn’t have. For example, someone who looked to be overdosed or suffering from a medical condition was in their car parked with the door open. The hotel staff came to observe the female & asked another hotel guest if they’d be able to contact the police & then walked away.

United States of AmericaFirst, I walk into our room that two of us are staying in for 3 nights that includes a spa bath, and we only have one towel. Also, they only gave us one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. The maid never came by during our stay, only when we left. The description was incorrect. We were promised a king bed, but got a queen. We paid for a kitchnette, but there was no microwave. The AC sounded like it was hundreds of years old, so loud I could not sleep. Very mad at the inaccurate description the most.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are old an they ceiling coming down the tub was old an leaking water,the door stopper was pushed in , the bed was kind of broke on one side,it smelled funny when I went in. It need a serious upgrade I spent 200 for 2 nights an the room wasn’t worth it. I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to check in after I booked online . People standing around waiting to get in there rooms an the worker acted like he didn’t care really. Never came to change the room they told us to do it .
