There were roaches in the room on the wall and on the pillow at night it was disgusting , I was very disappointed and no one did anything about it no compensation

Sheets and pillow cases and towels had unknown substamces on them and when i asked for a replacement of pillow cases I was offered a upgrade(i never asked ) . Then going into the emxt room it was also substances on the sheets and towels again .. which i went to go exchange downstairs. Other hotel stayers were also exchanging sheets and towels as well so it was not just me .

We went for a visit to see a very sick relative and had to extend our stay due to the death of this loved one. The o young man at the counter showed no sympathy whatsoever, not even an “am sorry for your loss”. We asked if there was anything that the hotel could do to help with the situation since this was something that happened unexpectedly and we were financially affected and he said that nothing could be done to alleviate our situation and went on to charge us full price which included $200+ for a Sunday night. There was no manager on site so we couldn’t speak with anyone else. Our experience at this place was less than acceptable and will not be returning.

It was most unsatisfactory. Left the hotel immediately and canceled my booking and asked for refund. I did not get a satisfactory response to date. The place was catered mostly for the socially displaced people and not Trying some coffee in McDonald's in NYtourists. I would also inform the consumer affairs to bring awareness among lay public of the situation. There was a fire alarm and chaps among the residents.If any one is interested I also have a video of the situation. Dr K. Kumar

Incredibly dirty room. My feet stuck to the carpet and the whole room had bad smells and felt and looked very dirty. The room rates were very high and it was exceptionally poor value. The location has a very bad view of car parks and side roads. Nothing to justify the high room rates. The elevator felt and looked in bad repair and looked terrible.

The entire place needs an overhaul. Cleanliness of rug and bedspread where questionable. Towels were chintzy. Bathroom floor tiles were missing. Dresser was broken.

We were put in a room with a broken window and my 2 year old sliced her hand open and the staff did nothing to fix the situation we had to take her to urgent care, they wouldn’t refund us so we could go somewhere else and they wouldn’t change our room

I feel like it's overpriced. I did not like that it smelled like weed everyday in the lobby and on the floor I stayed on. Aside from the pirce and weed, it was okay. I intitally was giving it 5 stars, but due to a recent issue where the hotel said I would get a 20% refund back and now went back on their word I'm giving it less stars. Please honor your word for the inconvenience of the smoke alrams going off at 3am on my first night.

The location was not bad as it was close to food and shopping area. staff was nice and answered my questions.

House cleaning would try to enter the room between 8:30 and 9 when checkout is at 12. The fitted sheet didn’t fit on the bed and if I wanted anything extra like towels I had to go to the front desk and get it. When the fitted sheet came off the bed there were stains on the mattress. For the amount of money I paid things should have been better. I don’t know if it’s because it’s become low income housing (which I don’t have a problem with) but it’s changed a lot. It’s like they don’t care about the upkeep of the hotel anymore.
