The room was clean but there was room below the entry door where some ants were coming in. No clean pool towels. Really that is it if I have to complain. But the towels I just went to the front desk and they were happy to give me one.

The staff is always fabulous and extremely helpful. It is one of the reasons I keep coming back. The location is withing walking distance of great restaurants and some shopping. The pool is perfect! And my travel cat loves the little garden just outside my door she was able to play queen of the jungle in while chasing lizards without me worrying she would get hurt or run away. Next year we are planning on taking out some of the pesky rabbits that keep eating the newly planted flowers.

Cleanliness. the bed covers, had a weird smell. The sheets were fine.

The hotel has a great location close to Naples 5th Ave, just minutes walking. Next to two restaurants.

Management was able to upgrade our room to a wonderful large suite with screened patio looking out towards the lush landscaping of the pool.

Room could have used a much larger garbage can, seeing as there is a small kitchen. Also, more comfortable seating would have been nice (like an easy chair)

The facility definitely needs to be refurbished. It has only 1 elevator, which happened to be on the opposite side of the building from my room. The stairs were rickety, with the finish on them and the landings pitted from wear. A repair was attempted on one near me, but it was shoddy, and a dog walked through the wet cement, so the repair immediately started falling apart. It's very noisy on the highway side of the building, with traffic and a massive construction project across the street. And the landings are made with metal struts so that everyone walking around, especially with suitcases, was extremely loud. There were many sketchy people staying at the hotel and wandering through the property, and several smokers set off the smoke detectors in the middle of the night by lightning up in their rooms. It is a totally non-smoking hotel, but people felt free to smoke at many spots not designated for smoking.

The location is great, near downtown Naples, and the cost for the room was good for the location.

It was safe and the staff was friendly and the pool was nice and heated.

The room was clean, however, I feel the cost was way too high for what they were offering. No continental breakfast, requested extra towels that never arrived. I also didn’t realize that there were residents that were actual residents. Didn’t find out until Saturday night when the pool was full and the music and drinks were flowing.

The rooms could use a little refurbishment and there was a bit of a smell. We left the door open for quite some time.

I accidentally booked a handicap room which was fine, however, if you didn’t stack 3 towels by the shower the entire bathroom would be flooded. Needs to be redone.

Price of it too high, room smelled a bit moldy, needed to air it by opening the door for a few hours to get that out

Some channels did not work, the AC was not 100% working, bottom of the bathroom door was broken and house keeping did not stop by while we were out.

I was able to sleep, and close to were I wanted to be.
