Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe parking situation is awful- the closest garage is a long walk through twisting turning halls and if there is a hockey game you aren’t guaranteed parking.
Very clean, great security , and the restaurant had wonderful food.

PanamaWe had no glasses, robes, or tissues in the room. Only one coffee paper cup, no coffee or creamer. Breakfest: Service was super, super slow. I believe restaurant was under staffed. We had to wait 20 minutes to get in but half of the restaurant was unoccupied. Once seated, had to wait another 20 minutes for food and milk for the coffee. Coffee tasted horrible.
Room was clean, plenty of towels and nice set up. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, pretty good selection at the stations.

United States of AmericaThe distance from the parking garage to the hotel check-in. The type of breakfast that was there should have been included with the stay and $16 daily to park is a little outrageous! I paid enough for the room, it should have been included!!
Breakfast was terrible! You were short staffed and the food was lousy! The waitresses working had to do all the work, but were very gracious and very nice!

United States of AmericaI didn't know about the Imagine Dragons concert happening underneath my room until I arrived at 11pm to the walls shaking. The carpets in the hallways were a mess and I was also disappointed that breakfast wasn't included. However, the staff SAVED MY STAY! Aita and Tanisha at the front desk offered me a free breakfast at the lounge, which was spectacular. They (alongside Rosa at the lounge) were SO nice and friendly and 100% deserve a raise!!! I had a GREAT experience thanks to these three, and also Chris who was friendly and helpful answering some of my questions and helping me find my way to the parking garage. Great people at the Rennaissance!
The room was amazing; the cleanliness, spaciousness, nice view, great lighting, comfortable furnishings, and surprisingly large bathroom were all impressive. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful - everything you want in a service team. I shouldn't really have complained about the Imagine Dragons concert that was happening in the adjoining stadium, but I was offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast after remarking about the noise and messy hallways. Atia and Tanisha were both super nice and helpful, as were Chris at the front desk and Rosa at the lounge. They all deserve raises!!

United States of AmericaThe parking garage access was difficult to find. There was nowhere to drop off our luggage first and so we had to haul it all through the garage then through the ice rink access. No marked elevators so we carried our suitcases down the stairs. Definitely need better instructions and clear directions for access, parking, and elevators.

United States of America1) The Food. The chef at your restaurant should be fired... It is like he has had no training at all. Let me put it this way, if my 8 year old prepared me this meal, i would say, nice try honey. No layering of flavors, missing ingredients, food not properly prepared n dont get me started on presentation. Panda Express is a 5 star compare to ur offerings. Maybe the chef was out that night and the busboy was cooking, i really hope so. Very disappointing from a trusted hotel brand. 2) The parking, ugh. I dont know where to begin... the lack of lighting, feels very unsafe; The complete lack of signage u have no idea if u in the correct place to get into the hotel-- had to ask 2 diff groups of people if we were in the right place; than there is the labyrinth, better yet, The Gauntlet -- where is the front desk, rather, the hotel? I entered into what seemed like the entrance to a mens locker room. There were so many legs of this journey requiring vast hallways, twists, turns, elevator rides down, an elevator ride up..omg..never see anything like it. God help u if there is a big event going on.. u would be a salmon, dragging luggage up stream... we had to ask no less than 4 people on this journey how to get to frontdesk... i know u cant change the parking garage. .BUT PUT IN CLEAR SIGNAGE at every door within the parking garage AND at every juncture where a person needs to make a decision within the building. Your patrons are jetlag, tired, they just had to drive around the block several time to deal with the lack of signage on the outside as well as one way streets (trying not to run over all the zombies roaming the streets)...your customer has already had a very bad experience before they even check in!
The staff was very nice; i gave u a 6 mainly because of the staff and the room itself was pleasant. The items below warranted a rating of 1,

United States of AmericaThe whole town is awful and the only way to get food is to walk. Driving in the town is difficult. Definitely not a good area for a family. Calling room service is impossible and getting to the parking garage isn't handicap accessible at all.
