You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI found the hotel to be a bit odd. The lobby was modern and decorated nicely. The room furnishings were extremely outdated and did not pair with the lobby vibe. The floor was dirty in the room but the rest of the room was clean.
Hotel is located within a 5 minute car ride to the Orlando airport. Staying on the 9th floor comes with perks: separate breakfast room and cocktails in the evening. Also, a great view of the airport to watch the planes. All valet personnel that we encountered were exceptional. Good for a one night stay.

United States of Americaair conditioning was too loud. it looks like the windows need to be replaced as they were all sweating and condensated (if that is a word). nice rooms. I wasn’t thrilled to have to pay 15-19 to park plus tip. 10% of hotel cost add on was not a welcome surprise when I showed up. I arrived at 1115pm paid 19 bucks for 6.5 hours.

Super friendly staff. We had our flight cancelled from Orlando airport in the middle of the night and they got us checked in, brought us food after kitchen closing hours, and generally made us feel really welcomed.
