Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe water smelled and tasted weird. The air conditioning and heat was not efficient. The bathtub was old and not in the best condition.

IrelandSpa facility not operational for the foreseeable future- no recommendations where to go, no alternative Breakfast is better in holiday inn and the charge was $76 for two people without tip, reality check needed Everything seemed rationed, from soap in the bathroom to jam for your breakfast It had a look and feel of a typical hotel cutting corners. For the luxury price I paid it wasn’t worth it $790 for three nights
Had a look of newness

United KingdomWiFi was very spotty and hotel requires you to pay for it if you're not a Marriott member. There were two lifts (out of 4) out of service for a portion of our stay which made getting to/from room time consuming. The shuttles for the parks were always late or didn't show at all, which was frustrating (but I don't think this is a service provided by the hotel).
Location to Sea World was great. Breakfast was included with our stay and was very good. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool was excellent. Bar staff at the pool bar was fantastic.

United States of AmericaOur room had an adjoining door and was super noisy at night. All the hotel room doors slam shut and you could hear every bang from the rooms around you. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were way to soft for us and had zero form to them.
We really liked the outdoor area and plenty of seating inside the hotel. It was very convenient to have multiple eating options within the hotel so we didn't have to drive. The room was a good size and view of Orlando was amazing.

United States of AmericaThey were exorbitant rates for parking for no apparent reason. The price of the rooms was out of line with the overall quality of the hotel. Staff was very variable. Some of the staff were great, but others were not very helpful.
Overall, it was a pretty nice place for a conference, with the conference center conveniently located to the rooms. It was a clean facility.

NetherlandsLighting was poor and I didn’t like the room having an internal window to the inside of the hotel. Although initial charges seemed ok, all the additional taxes make this hotel an expensive option.
Comfortable bed and large room. Breakfast was nice but very expensive. Nice large pool although changing facilities not good there.

United States of AmericaThe $40 a day resort fee seems a lot just to use the pool. We paid around $40 a day more for a room with the "sea world" view. It is but much more of sea world parking lot than anything.

United States of AmericaThe front desk staff are always so rude and act like they are being put out to do any more than the bare minimum. They won't making any attempts to accomodate special requests. Room service food is HORRIBLE!! It comes served in paper products! No dishes, no linen, no set-ups. It is like ordering from Bitesquad or DoorDash and getting your food in the plastic bags from a fast food restaurant. Checking in at 4pm and then going to the pool after finally getting in our rooms, we took the family down to the pool around 6pm. The pool bar closed EARLY with four small grandchildren and our son and his wife and us, we could not get dinner forcing us to get room service. We won't stay here again!
We have always stayed here when attending Sea World, Aquatica or Discovery Cove. The convenience of the location. We love the kids pool area for our granddaughters. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Most of the staff are very welcoming. The front desk staff not so much. This recent visit has made us rethink staying here ever again!
