The doors to the bathrooms and the rooms (in the suite) didnt close properly. We had to ask for soap and toilet paper.

Breakfast was good. I especially appreciated the yogurt and toppings.

My room only got serviced once in 11 days. I had to go to the desk to ask for towels and coffee (the pot in the lobby was empty too). I only had 2 forks and no can opener. I had to go buy a can opener at the store and left it for the next guest.

The grill came in handy. I wasn't sure if there was one there, but I found it. On-site laundry was nice too.

Breakfast biscuits and sausage fell short of my expectations, The channels on the bottom of the closest door was very dirty as well as the bathroom tub overflow drain it looked looked like it was throwing up with rust. Our room number was 101 Although the hotel had nothing to do with the problem we had with other guess staying in the room above us stomping on his or her heels to 11:30. People just have no consideration anymore for others, it’s a shame

Booking.con reports private entrance, balcony, whirlpool. Also attempted to contact three times w/no response when calling could not answer the hours for the grill & basketball court in those requests was also extra blankets & pillows also not in room:(

WiFi was Slow . Kitchen knives didn't cut at all. At breakfast, I constantly had to ask for scrambled eggs, syrup, hot water.

Excellent hotel! We liked it. We had a room with a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant. There were always parking spaces. Good soundproofing of the rooms.

I was double charged. Paid through booking $566 and the hotel charged my card 646 so my bank card was all screwed up I didn't get refunded the money right away because it was the weekend. So unfortunately we were unable to do somethings we had planned. Also there was a small fire in the hotel at 1am kind of confusing on what to do hotel staff didn't seem like they knew what to do either.

There was a smell of fresh paint coming through the vents due to ongoing renovations

Room was clean and spacious and had all the bells and whistles. bed was sooo comfy and the bedding was everything I expect, clean sheets, fluffy pillows and a cozy comforter, not just thin sheets and a thin blanket like some other hotels.

Really didn't like the jacuzzi was shut down!!! Ridiculous. I won't return until they handle the jacuzzi situation.

I was really bummed that the hot tub was empty and closed off. It was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel so it was a huge disappointment for me.

It was super convenient to take the train into Boston. The Forge Park/495 Station is right across the street. Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon one morning and sausage the next morning, waffles, cereals, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, coffee and cold brew.
