We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, spacious, and secluded. The in-room appliances were like home away from home and were new. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice room, kitchenette was convenient. Bedding was soft and bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the breakfast was good.

United States of AmericaOnly one elevator operated. That elevator closed fast on my arm and knocked my fresh coffee all over me and the elevator. The hotel had a fire drill on Friday around1pm and didn't tell any of the guests till we were evacuating. My children are autistic and get sensory overload with load noise. The drill went on for 15 minutes.

United States of AmericaThey allow pets however, there is no grassy area for them to do their business. And, don't be shocked when checking out as they charge you over $100.00 dollars for pet room maintenance. I would have preferred a standard charge of $25 - 50 dollars. They could check the room at check-out and if a maintenance fee was needed they could keep the over $100 dollars but, if there is no damage they could keep the standard pet cost and return the rest of the pet maintenance.
It was our first stay at the Residence Inn Bakersfield, CA. Entering the room the first thing you notice is the amount of space. The sitting area is the size of a living room. The couch has pillows and is very comfortable to sit on. There's a nice sized ottoman. There are outlets throughout the room. The kitchen area has your silverware, the cabinets have cups, glasses, bowls, plates, skillet, and pots and pans. The coffee pot is a Kurig. We had a king sized bed which was very comfortable. The roll-in shower had a large and small chair to sit on. They provide medium size bottles of soap, shampoo, and rinse. There is a Dennys just down the block. We will be staying there on our return to San Francisco, CA.
