Our room was dated looking. Cupboards in bathrm did not even line up. My husband is in a wheelchair and we an accessible rm. Sidewalks and ramp to parking lot very uneven. Also had to push the queen bed to make the turn to get him into the bath to wash up! Not very accessible.

Very conveniently located. Staff was helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great night’s sleep.

a) We travelled from abroad and contacted the hotel to ask if we could get a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and were told there is none. However, on our departure from the hotel, a free car was arranged for us. We are not clear why this was not possible to get us there in the 1st place. We also asked for advice about how to reach the hotel by ourselves and this question wasn't answered. We had to ask 3 times for confirmation that it was ok for us to arrive late in the evening. It would be great if communication with guests in advance of their arrival could be improved. b) We were disappointed by the very limited range of breakfast food - eg no natural unsweetened yoghurts, no wholemeal bread, only apples or oranges, no fruit salad. One of us had to buy her own breakfast instead. c) The "gym" facilities were basic, amounting to 3 machines. Fortunately, the weather was good enough for us to be able to walk outside instead, but if there had been snow, this would have been very frustrating. d) There was a bin right outside our door with cigarette butts in it. This did not look welcoming. e) The heating boiler in our room was quite loud and kept one of us awake at night. e) We were also disappointed to see that all the cutlery and crockery for breakfast was disposable and not recycled. There were also no recycling facilities for the rubbish from our rooms. f) One of our rooms had neighbours who used very noisy vehicles early in the morning, which disturbed their sleep.

The size of the rooms, the comfort of the bed, the hot shower, the kitchen facilities, the space for our family members to sit with us in the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who offered and arranged a free shuttle car to the airport for us.

Our place was full of dog hair! They never vacuumed, sweeped or clean it off the sofa. There was dog hair all over our socks! My son is allergic to dog hair so I had to lint roll all the dog hair off the sofa myself. Otherwise space wise it was pretty spacious for our family of 6.

Breakfast was cheap sausages and patties, the microwave and eat kind. There was only 1 waffle maker and so many people in line for it that we didn't get any.

The door handle had to be pulled up to open the door, the wall behind the bathroom sink was dirty, the cable retainer for the TV was hanging off the wall.

The whole staff was fantastic. They were extremely friendly and offered lots of tips. Great location for a Packers game. Breakfast was better than expected.

Brad and Zoe provided excellent customer service. The morning staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a nice selection of items to choose from. Bedding was cozy. Slept well.

The kitchen sink is broken, The stove is way outdated and did not work well, the top element of the oven does not work. The shower head was clogged and the water pressure was very lacking. We had the do not disturb on the door and they came in anyway! Then the threw away thing of ours that they should not have touched, I had to get it out of the garbage. The hot tub had a lot of bugs and debris floating in it. It was just bubbles, no jets. We were surprised by a 125.00 extra bill for or 17 year old small dog! You don’t even Charge that much for an extra child or adult.

Pull out bed

On room description it says two queen beds. But I’m reality it’s one queen bed, plus a pullout/down bed that feels like you are sleeping on springs with little cushion. It’s very uncomfortable. The only normal queen bed feels very comfy. I did not expect to have only normal queen bed for our family. But I would say, it gears towards family travel setting with stove, fridge, dining table and two bathrooms. Other than that, I found it not worth the money I would normally pay for a normal hotel room with two real queen beds and working TV.

We arrived at night, found our building but took a while to find out which suite was ours. Also there was a rather off-putting odor in the suite, even though it was very neat and clean.

some of the outside maintenance could be better. The steps were a bit worn, exterior painting is needed.

The bed was very good. My stay was only one leg of our journey and we stayed at other places on the way. This is the most comfortable bed and had the amenities we enjoy. The staff at check in and check out were very courteous and cheerful.
