You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

A little noisy in the hallway one of the nights because of rowdy guests. no option for early check-in.
The breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast I had no complaints both hot and cold options and tea and coffee. The was a pool and hot tub. The accommodations were overall good value for the price and I would stay again.

I was expecting to have 2 full beds instead of 1 kind and 1 queen. I just went with it because my children were satisfied. And the stove didn’t have an oven . I had planned on baking cupcakes but that didn’t happen . Other than that great stay
I loved how clean it was. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. It’s always a great experience at residence inn and I will be back just so I can use the grill too. And use the gym as well.

The late night staff who checked us in on Friday evening was not friendly. The pull-out sofa bed didn't have any sheets or blankets in either of the rooms we stayed in. We checked the drawers and closets, but there were just empty clear zip up bags in the closets. When we went downstairs to ask for sheets and blankets we weren't treated nicely. The attendant made a face and made sure we knew it was an inconvenience for her to get these for us. It was annoying because this was something that should have been supplied in the room to begin with and we were the ones who were inconvenienced by having to go back downstairs to ask for them. However, the day staff was very friendly and nice. On Saturday night a group of people came into the hotel at 1:30 in the morning and turned on loud music. They were stomping on the floor, yelling back and forth and laughing extremely loudly. I finally had to call the front desk because they weren't stopping and it was the middle of the night. The front desk attendant said she was aware of the group that just checked in and would go upstairs and check it out, but the stomping and loud noise continued until 2:30am, when finally a group of them got in their van and left.
The breakfast was wonderful. It had a lot of selections.

When we first arrived the front desk clerk Nicole said i cant pay with cash. And i had all cash. So i told her ill be right back to deposit the money for the hotel. Me and my fsmily drive 14 mins back and forth. Than Nicole changed the price and said let you know i have to add 50 each for addicental damage . I told her why didnt u tell me that before i left. She said she was sorry. Of course the girls was upset and restless cause we drivs 2 hours to get there than this. So we went all way back tk the banks. I paid foe eveything. We had plans to go snow tubing that night. Due tk this hectix situation. We was late. Theres no tub . Only shower so i have to stand uo to watch my kids up.
I liked how they had reservarions set up for the swimming pool use to limit the amount of peolple in the pool. How coffee was on standby downstairs 24/7. I love the homemade waffle breakfast. They are close by to many resturants, stores, zoo, legoland, nicks... i love that i can take my dog here because shes family. They have regular apartment size refrigeator.

We’ll be moving to Michigan next summer.
Just wish there was more variety in drinks and snacks that we could buy.

Breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade. I would be willing to pay for better options.
Love the space in our room and all the amenities available for guests. Unfortunately we are only in town for the night but we wheneverwe are in the area we wont stay anywhere else.

way too expensive for the size of the rooms, my room was suppose to have a fire place it did not. breakfast was horrible, plain oatmeal, apple slices that were brown, no hot food. they could not give us extra blankets for the pull out bed my kids had to sleep with sheets. property manager was parked in one of the two handicap spots all weekend, car did not move at all.
location to the ice rink was convenient

I asked for a quiet room thinking they would not put me near anyone else. The people next door partied and were loud and noisy until 2 in the morning. Got tired of it and called and complained to the front desk.
