Room size, no smart TV

TV was a little small, not the biggest of deals but would have been nice having a better set up for the nightly cost. The bathroom was a bit small. Fine for a hotel, but with the price of the room felt like I was surprised by the size.

View was great. Cool being able to see the city. I felt like the room overall was comfortable.

We booked a river-view room but were given a "partial river-view" room! It would be nice to receive what we booked. I reported it to the desk on departure but no attempt at any compensation was made by the desk agent. While it is not the fault of the hotel, I am floored by the $71-78 additional taxes and fees per night. The bed was too soft leading to quite a kink lying on ones back or side.

The location was great - right next to the Charles River with paths and a green space between the hotel and the river bank. The hotel was clean and well managed. While the parking was listed at an outrageous $40/night (luckily no valet costing an extra tip), we had no problem getting free parting along the road on the river side of the hotel. (Note to get this you have to go to the hotels back entrance in the river side.)

The light in the closet came on and off for no reason. The hot water took a long time to reach the faucet. It was difficult to figure out how to lower the blind. The control was next to the bed and marked “drapes”

The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient. I liked the walking path along the river. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

We got stuck waiting for an elevator due to a large wedding happening. Waited over 15 min and had at least 8 elevators stop but were full of wedding attendees. Couldn’t not find alternate stair access.

you can't access the refridgerator in room 366. the cabinet doo and fridge door are backwards to each other, and there isn't enough room between the edge of the bed and the cabinet.

may be good offer a continental breakfast I think this is a perk that always a traveler appreciate from the hotel with such price,not a big breakfast but something that offer a plus over other hotels

Upon arrival staff was not friendly. They did their job, but for $800/night I’d expect someone a little friendlier. Same with the attendant in the garage. Everyone just seemed like they were having a bad day. Bellman at the front door was the only staff who smiled at me. Elevator was down, so one elevator for our side of the hotel led to delays. We were on the 4th floor and several times had to wait and push the button a 2nd time bc when the doors would open, the elevator was full.

Pool, location, robe in room to walk to pool, cider and apples was a really nice touch

Location was amazing - easy to get around the city. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was a good size, very quiet. Attached restaurant (Art Bar) and morning Starbucks options were convenient, if a little pricey. Easy access to the river walk was a definite plus.

We paid an abnormally high price for 2 nights. This hotel is definitely not worth $500 a night. It was not clean. The elevator was dirty. The carpets in the lobby were very dirty. Also, when purchasing with booking, it was indicated that all taxes were included in the price, however, additional taxes were charged to us during checkout. In short, the price and quality did not match.

Parking. We had to change room, which they did without any problems.
