Noise from freeway, bed not comfortable

Dog rooms should be on one side of the hotel because I got bites all over my body from fleas.. I love fur babies, but some own don't care for them properly with flea care. Oh, and maybe spray flea spray after the checkout

I didn't like the fact I seen bugs in my room. Or the fact your employees was in the back in didn't hear me ring the bell or knocking on the door r 30 minutes.

The property didn’t feel safe as there seemed to be “homeless” types around or long term residents there instead of touristy types around the hotel grounds. Also the room I had was close to the freeway or busy street so I wasn’t able to sleep well due to loud traffic noises.

The one thing I did not like at all was that at 2am there were 2 men loudly arguing outside and cussing at each other. The property is not huge and they could be heard throughout since it was quiet otherwise. I looked outside because I could hear them close to our door on the 2nd floor and I couldn’t see them, but could see the security guard not doing anything about it downstairs. Later in the night some people arrived to check in downstairs and they were also being super loud, but that’s those people’s fault and not really the hotel’s. I guess maybe the doors could be a little more sound proof and to be fair, this kind of stuff probably doesn’t happen every night.

The property was nice and the location was ok too. The room was clean and had everything you could need. There was a security guard on the property as well, which was nice. Plenty of parking.

Rooms had fowl smell,it should be noted that if you accommodate pets you need to sanitize rooms as not everyone pet has proper hygiene.

The room was superficially clean. There was a blood stain on one of the the pillow cases. On the first day a water spill on the floor came back with an almost black rag upon wiping up the spill.

Hotel had no pool, no ice machine, room smelled like smoke and the whole outside of the hotel smelled like marijuana

Smoke smell in the room. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. Kitchenete is there with the stove, but no pots, pans or utensils to use it. Location is not for walking around.

Courteous staff, clean overall, quiet. Refrigerator and microwave in the room is nice. Free parking.

The room had tobacco and marijuana odors that permeated all my clothes, luggage and person. Everything had to be washed and sprayed including my vehicle to try and get the odors out. the hotel is old and dirty around the doors and windows. The parking is very tight, sure to get door dings.

I didn’t feel safe here. We left in 10 minutes. There were multiple people smoking weed in the parking lot, blasting their music, etc. It appeared most people are living here and also seems like there’s a lot of drug activity. Even the drive to the hotel from the freeway was pretty ghetto. We literally walked in and we walked out. There’s no way we would’ve stayed there.

I selected this property because I was trying to find something affordable.

The air conditioner was extremely dirty. I took cover off to clean. I contacted office. They let me stay that night. New security came. Said to leave. Charged me $100 for not putting cover back on ac. Which just snaps in but I thought they'd want to clean it.

There is a smell of tobacco in the room. I do not smoke. The number was not changed. On the stairs near the room there was a full bag of abandoned things, no one had cleaned it up. Although I showed the photo to the reception. dirty laundry. The room is no more clean. Unsavory characters are smoking in the parking lot. There is no feeling of safety. The $100 deposit was not returned. Today I checked my bank account and saw that the payment was not being processed, but paid!! They just wrote it off and that’s it!! I wrote a private message to the hotel - they don’t answer!!!

The room smelled very musty, the floor was bubbled up like it had flooded. The cabinets need to be replaced and we’re completely bare. No dishes, no pots or pans, no utensils, not even any paper towels. The beds look like they belong in a prison.

The lobby staff was nice and pleasant.
