You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This location did not serve breakfast. You could grab coffee, juice, and cereal bars. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was very close to my son's base. Very convenient.

United States of AmericaI made the mistake of booking thru an outside source. Was way overcharged in fees. The room was only $137. But we ended up paying $75 in fees. Next time we will call the hotel direct. The pool was chilly and the hot tub was not hot at all. Maybe they'd just changed out the water? We didn't inquire. Just went back to our room.
Our room was really nice and clean. All the staff was very friendly and polite. It was in a great location for us. Breakfast was good. Had what we needed.

United States of AmericaOur bathroom door did not latch and the front door to the room had a gap at the bottom and half way up the side so that the parking lot lights and hall lights shown in throw the crack. Just need a handyman to line up all the doors. The breakfast was very disappointing as it was Tang in a cup and no granola bars as mentioned at check in.
The location to the Uranus Fudge Factory made it easy to pull in and stay all night.
