Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only thing I wish they had on site was a little cafe for coffee and pastries in morning. We always leave early when we stay here and it’s not super close to any coffee shops. Restaurant is nice but it’s sit down. Otherwise place is amazing
Love how quiet it is and the rooms are perfect for a family of 4-5. Nice to have a kitchen. Hot tub and pool were fun for kids especially.

Lack of hot water in the morning. Only one shower was hot while the second shower water was luke warm at best.

The rooms need updating - particularly new carpet. Bottom of the kitchen sink stained and the general wear and tear (screens etc).
Location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities. Room was large enough for two adults and three teens though a little crowded. Two bathrooms in our suite were a nice surprise. Bathrooms are updated and clean. Kitchen was fully loaded. Balcony facing the back of the property was nice. Pool and hot in plus barbecues and games were great.

The rooms are small although they do have everything. The coffee maker didn't work AT ALL, AND THEY DEFINITELY NEED NEW COFFEE WHATEVER COFFEE I GOT OUT WAS NASTY OTHER THAN THAT THE KIDS ENJOYED IT
The pool area, the play room, and activities for my kids were great. My kids didn't want to come back home for spring break, so passing through San clement, I booked a room, and it was what they wanted, so we made it the best!

No breakfast was offered at the property, the restaurant in the hotel was open only from Wednesday to Sunday, the wifi in the room was slow

The interior of the rooms/kitchen need to be refurbished as it’s quite dated.

- WiFi: if you are planning to do work online , note that the connection is very bad - Daily cleaning: I have a 2yo and we ended up taking some meals in the room. As a 2yo always make a mess when eating. The next day, after cleaning , the room was quite the same… we ended up cleaning ourselves.
The hotel has really good facilities. The room has everything you need and my son loved the pool and the jacuzzi as the water was warm. We were supposed to stay for a week and ended up extending to 10 days. The location is perfect if you want to surf Trestles however you will need a car to do everything

as the airline cancelled my flight from Australia I contacted the hotel to cancel my first night. I received a reply stating there was no cancellation policy and was charged for four nights, but only stayed three. Hilton in LA had no problem moving me to the next night with no extra charge.

The room was clean but carpet was old and dirty looking due to stains. Also, housekeeping was sporadic and maids claimed they did not speak English. Did not have service other than towel exchange for 3 of 7 days. The room needs to be updated.
The location was great. Pool, grounds and hot tub was great.

Not allowed to have guests for dinner if grilling unless they have a wristband.
The Inn is close to everything. Has a nice outdoor area for grilling and playing games and pool/hot tub. Our room had 2 Murphy beds perfect for our kiddos and a kitchenette for easy meals.
