Would suggest something other than a scented hand soap.

This was a very comfortable and easy stay as we traveled from North to South Florida. We were the only guest, so everything was very quiet and had the bathroom to ourselves! It was nice that we had an air conditioning split system so we could control Our air comfort. The neighborhood was quiet. we appreciated that there was a little refrigerator so we could put a few things in to stay cold overnight.

No seating area. Bathroom outside of room. Some guests might be put off that accommodation is in a residential home but we were fine with it. Good value.

For the price absolutely nothing was wrong.

Very close to the airport. Friendly, nice bed, private access, easy parking, excellent price which you can't beat in comparison to other places. Yes you share the bathroom but I figured I share the bathroom when I go to a restaurant, when I'm at work (in a hospital). This is likely the lower price but definately worth it. Coffee available, water bottle. I would stay again.

We had never booked a shared bathroom room situation and didn’t realize it till the morning of our arrival day. We were a bit nervous, but everything was immaculate. Super clean, we stayed in the standard room and it was very comfortable. We had a very early flight out and tried not to disturb the guest in the room next door, but there was a keurig (we couldn’t get to work without making too much noise/operator error probably). Water bottles for each of us and the bathroom is so tastefully updated and beautiful. We felt bad as there was one small waste basket j. Our room and we had food from our beach day we had to dispose of before we left for airport and hoped we didn’t make too much of a mess. Would highly recommend this for your quick stays when flying. We never met the hosts.

Hard pressed to find something I didn't like; parking might be tight if there were enough cars but the owners do what they can to ensure their guests have the better parking.

I met Jorge when I pulled up to the property, he happened to be outside. He gave me the door code, explained how access and amenities worked, and we made some light chit chat. He was very friendly and personable. The Standard room had enough room for a couple (without a ton of luggage, although there is a dresser in the closet which would help avoid the "living out of suitcases" scenario); I however was traveling alone. Everything seemed exceptionally clean, and the bathroom has been updated in a modern and spacious manner - very nice indeed.

The overpowering scent as we walked in the door was pretty obnoxious. Took out the plug in scent generators, opened windows, turned on fans, after a few minutes the air was breathable. But I don't understand why the hosts would want to greet guests with this strong odor. Many people are sensitive to scent. Other guests have mentioned it.

The description is a 2 bd & it was misleading in that it sounded as if there was access to an entire house. It is actually a house where the owner resides in a separate larger part of the home as his apartment & then 2 separate bedrooms with access to the bathroom & a very small "kitchenette" (just small fridge with water & everything needed to make coffee). It was very clean & comfortable & the area was in a neighborhood so it felt very safe.

The owner was so gracious to meet us extremely late/early in the morning because our flight got unexpectedly delayed.

Shared bathroom is not what I expect at booking.com - For me I prefer professional hotels - but at my present US trip the private and shared accomodations are difficult to reckognize
