I didn’t like that they don’t have a ice machine and the water pressure in bathroom sink in our room other than that it’s fairly decent

The staff was nice and love that we were able to choose which floor to stay on!

That I call the front desk and asked if they had above machine on any of the floors ,front office replied your room comes with an ice tray in it.First of all that’s not what I asked them ,I asked them if there was any ice machines on any of the floors.I know there is a ice tray in the freezer in the room.But there wasn’t any ice made in the ice tray and after I filled it the ice tray up it still will be hours untill the ice cubes are ready to be use.Now if the Staff made sure to fill the ice trays,that are left inside the freezers,that are in the rooms,your tenants wouldn’t have to call for ice.I happen to have to have ice in my drinks anytime I drink something.So the facts that there wasn’t an ice machine here to use made my stay not enjoyable .

Big size rooms and bathrooms are great size as well .

Our stay was pretty practical but the room service was very rude. She had an attitude when we had called for a late check out and acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. Very snobby. Communication was obviously not there between staff. Very Very rude

I was pulled over by two policemen leaving at 5 a.m. they told me the hotel was bad news

The fridge leaked, I told the staff about the backed up toilet 3 times it was not fixed by the time I left, the floor was pealing up in kitchen area from water leak.

Extremely dated facilities and room, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The location felt a little questionable but not too bad. Seemed like most of the guests staying there actually lived there, and based on the constant coming and going and the noises coming from the room next door, possibly someone was “working” there as well. Once I was in the room door locked and moved a piece of heavy furniture to block the door, I was a bit more at ease, but I could never get totally comfortable. I really could not wait to check out. The concept is great, but I don’t think I would stay at another ESA again. Definitely not this one.

8 minute drive from downtown Santa Rosa. Staff was friendly.

Some of the furniture was kind of in ratty condition, there were no hangers in the closet. The hinges on the fridge doors were on the wrong side so the doors opened to the wall instead of into the room. Didn't feel like there was much pride in the property ownership.

Queen bed was OK for 2 people (but 3 pillows instead of 2 or 4?). Nice shower, full-size fridge, nice to have a working kitchen with 2 burners. You can get pots and pans and silverware upon request.

Shower/bathtub didn’t work. Wanted credit card number for WiFi when trying to connect. Upstairs when I needed downstairs for ADA reasons.

The non-smokiing room was very close to the stairway where people who smoked liked to hang out, smoking. There was also quite a bit of noise from the people congregating in the stairway, late into the night. Though the room was clean, the grounds were littered with trash and broken glass. The dog walk stations had trash cans, but none of the stands had plastic bags for picking up after the many dogs though there were dispensers for the bags.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a two-burner stovetop. Pans, plates, coffemaker, and kitchen utensils were available on request from the lobby. The hotel was just off the highway and easy to find. Hotel staff were cheerful and efficient.

NO WORKING RESTROOM LIGHT AND ONE, LAMP WASN'T WORKING PUT A DAMPER ON MY WRITING FOR THAT NIGHJT!

THE CHECK IN STAFF WAS AWESOME, THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS, MY BATHROOM LIGHT DIDN'T WORK. DESPITE THAT ISSUE I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO COMMING BACK.

The room looked tired and worn. Paint on the walls was missing when patched or it didn't match. plug in the sink did not work so dirty looking water accumulated in the sink.

The property was okay. Although there was an obvious need for “freshening” up.

Despite many rooms available, was charged extra for early check-in, which was contrary to one earlier response by the staff. Breakfast was good for nothing, and any prior payment made for it, is NOT advisable.

Barring the fact that it is located next to freeway, there is nothing much to say about the property. Only if you need a room, and have further plans short ahead, this is the one for you, not otherwise.

We only had coffee most of the food was gone when we went, around 8:30am
