We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOur bathroom was moldy and dirty. Didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. The hotel in general just had a smell. Maybe mold? Only one elevator in the hotel was working. Only 5 channels worked on the TV.
Upon entering, hotel seemed new and clean. was recently renovated, but after you head up to your room you realize it’s all very surface with the renovations.

They ran out of breakfast by 9am. The first night I was suppose to have a $40 credit for breakfast but it was free and included in the daily rate. The room smelt Bad, the hallways and elevator would always smell Like pot, 1 elevator was broken for 3 days. The little area next to check out that sells water, Tylenol, etc was empty. It needs to be replenished,

Brian did his best to keep up with whatever items he was given from the short supply. Pool, hot tub and beds were great. Every clerk we dealt with at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Thanks.

The new room had a clogged bathtub, accumulating water from the shower. There was only one nice lady working on the front desk in this holiday, and she needed to be away some times.

United States of AmericaThe rooms need an upgrade; chipped paint, the doors are coming apart. The carpets are very dirty, and our allergies were terrible; I suspect a possible mold issue with the a/c, it felt like we snorted bleach. I wouldn't return.

There was no indication when I booked the rooms that I was going to be charged a $50 holding fee. The man at the front desk was very accommodating to the concerns we had about our stay.
