The ceiling was cracking. There was an odd smell in the hallway.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were also comfortable.

Our bathroom was moldy and dirty. Didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. The hotel in general just had a smell. Maybe mold? Only one elevator in the hotel was working. Only 5 channels worked on the TV.

Upon entering, hotel seemed new and clean. was recently renovated, but after you head up to your room you realize it’s all very surface with the renovations.

The room smelled like urine. The bathroom had makeup and hair on towels that was supposed to be cleaned. The floors needed swept. The door in bathroom was pieced together at the bottom ( Looked like a child fixed it. Very dirty building. Would not recommend staying here.

The cleaning lady was always friendly and respectful-she was awesome.

They ran out of breakfast by 9am. The first night I was suppose to have a $40 credit for breakfast but it was free and included in the daily rate. The room smelt Bad, the hallways and elevator would always smell Like pot, 1 elevator was broken for 3 days. The little area next to check out that sells water, Tylenol, etc was empty. It needs to be replenished,

I would recommend this hotel to anyone - great location as far as being super easy to get to all the places we visited, plus it was clean & comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

Everything was good, except the shortage of food items on the breakfast (continental).

Brian did his best to keep up with whatever items he was given from the short supply. Pool, hot tub and beds were great. Every clerk we dealt with at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Thanks.

The ac was broken, dripping water in shower, and the effect was that it was rusty. There were bugs in the room.

When we got to the first room, it had a bad smell and after seeing a cockroach on the bed, we required a new room. The new room had a clogged bathtub, accumulating water from the shower. There was only one nice lady working on the front desk in this holiday, and she needed to be away some times.

The rooms need an upgrade; chipped paint, the doors are coming apart. The carpets are very dirty, and our allergies were terrible; I suspect a possible mold issue with the a/c, it felt like we snorted bleach. I wouldn't return.

The rooms were dirty, we saw roaches, head of housekeeping was very rude when expressing concerns about the state of the hotel rooms. There was no indication when I booked the rooms that I was going to be charged a $50 holding fee. The man at the front desk was very accommodating to the concerns we had about our stay.

The broken elevator. The door lock that didn’t lock on the first room we were given. The bugs all over our second room. It was disgusting and was difficult to sleep after having bugs on the walls, sheets, dresser and nightstand.

Bathtub was chipped in the bottom so it looked dirty. Had two roaches in our room. Only one washcloth aa I discovered in the morning when taking our showers. Told the front desk and they didn’t seem real concerned. Didn’t even apologize. Would not say this is what I expected when booking with holiday inn express 😟
