The owner expected us to plunge the already clogged toilet. They need to hire maintenance. There are only 6 out front parking spaces for 35 rooms. Other parking around the corner and across the street in a lot. Pool had a black ring around it, right above the water line. Some of the hand rails going upstairs were loose and felt unsafe. Owner wasn't very friendly. We will not be staying here again.

The pool hour’s didn’t get to go when I came back it was closed at 8:00 and check in wasn’t till 5:00 sucked booked it and didn’t get to go in the pool . When we got there it was full so we went to the boardwalk first. Then it closed by 8:00

The beds are too small they should upgrade at least to queen beds in each room. The futon could be a little bit better. Said if there would be a coffee maker or tea maker in the room but none was there. And they should look at their cameras a lot more than they do there was a family below us that was out of control with their kids especially the little one who was throwing things off the balconies that didn't even belong to them told staff still happened the second day even by the pool kid would go over to people take their shoes throw them in the water kick anything that they had by their feet in the water and the parents just stood there and this was after telling the staff so obviously they weren't paying attention that much either

Location was great I've stayed there before it was quite a few years ago it's convenient to everything. Pool is great. Refrigerator with new dressers were new stove not so much

Bathroom was very small, no counter space on the sink & no storage in bathroom anywhere except outside the door, in the living room. The futon in living room was very badly stained. I didn’t know I needed to ask for a sheet set to cover up this mess. I wish I saw this problem earlier to ask before the office closed.

Location was excellent & was walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, stores & waterpark and much more.

The room was very dirty. There were food stains on the walls, some different unknown stains in the bathroom, and a tube of chap stick on the floor. We did not have any washcloths in the room, and when we got back from a cruise, we asked for washcloths. The staff told us that the office closed at 10 pm.. and when we were checking out at 10 a.m., the office was still closed.. the beds were so old you sank into them and they made so much noise.

I staff was nice, the fridge worked well.

The air conditioner wasn't great and had black mold in it. I would definitely call ahead and make sure that was replaced before returning.

I liked Eric at the front desk. He was very helpful in switching days to the following day, when the day we were supposed to come, it rained. Also, let us check in early when we got there. I like the location, and that it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities (full-size fridge, futon, chairs, kitchen, and table). Family liked the pool, too! Free breakfast.

The bathroom ceiling had black mold, so they replaced the ceiling tiles quickly. A/C was loud .

I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t an ice machine. I also expected at least a small freezer in the refrigerator, but there wasn’t. They also didn’t have blankets on the bed but we asked for one and got it, though very thin.

Family owned, the family was very sweet and kind. Very personable. Place was very clean.

No AC units in the bedrooms. I gave the rooms to my kids, and I slept on the futon. Luckily they didn't care, but you might as well have one open area if there's only one AC.

The pool is nice, the chairs are good, the room was clean, would love to see a little more attention to details.

The size of the apartment was small compared to what the pictures make it seem. The office didnt open until 10 which was not very accomodating if you needed something before that time.

We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the boardwalk.

there is limited free parking on site, there are 8 parking spaces for approximately 40 rooms. Most of the nearby streets and lots you have to pay to park. The Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms you have to go outside for Wifi. Both the safety locks were broken so only the doorknob locked which is not ideal.

the pool is great! the location is great too really close to the beach and boardwalk.

There was a light bulb out in the bathroom and one lamp in one bedroom that was out. The chain lock on our door didn’t lock which felt very unsafe as two girls are traveling. The bathroom had a strong odor like mold or something. We had gotten a lil air freshener at cvs and it was ok. And the floor had sand everywhere before we even went to the beach on the 3rd day. And we didn’t have blankets, just sheets? Also no hand towels just big long body towels?

The location to the boardwalk is amazing. They had free parking but it was across the street. It was moderately clean.
