Though it was noted on elevators that there was plumbing issues due to construction, using the shower was unpleasant. Rooms and facility can use extra detailed cleaning. I checked my bed and pillows and it was someone else hair inside the pillow coverings.

The location was great due to it being a central location and around multiple restaurants and shopping places Staff was very accommodating during check in and out. I needed to check out a day early due to storm coming in and staff was very helpful and understanding

We stayed here half a dozen times before when it was a Best Western and the overall standards have declined. First, the rug in the lobby in front of the desk looks like it was pulled from a kennel. None of the lamps were on in the seating areas and the throw pillows looked like the casualty of a pillow fight. The outdoor seating area looked like the furniture was picked up from sidewalks. The water that was out in the dispenser was rust colored and the “bagel bar” consisted of some old, plain bagels. That was it. Maybe I was late to the game but except for an urn of coffee that was all there was. I was at least hoping for some hot water to make tea. There were linens(clean? dirty?) piled in front of the elevator on our floor continuously and the overall feel of the carpeting, bedding and bathroom floors of our room were not quite clean bordering on grubby. The furniture had large gashes in it and also looked like it was picked up from sidewalks.

Outdated, it was extremely cold throughout property, no bottled water available, tub had rust spots.

The room was a bit dated, the door was hard to open and close, when running water in the sink there was a sewer odor and the bathroom was extremely small. I know that’s not an easy fix.

I love the staff, Nataly, Victor and 2 other Saturday morning staff members went above and beyond to be of service. I would rate them 10/10!

The breakfast needs to go back to how it was. The not cleaning the rooms daily was awful. The air is not turned on , on the floors, so it was hot and humid which gave the hallway a bad smell.

Location and the customer service was awesome. The best part of the stay was how the desk clerks assisted and were friendly.

Things that were less than ideal is also location in relation to areas that are less than desirable and should not be walked around at night.

The location and staff made it so this hotel is a solid 9/10.

The computer system when we were checking in had crashed and we wound up playing musical chairs with rooms. We started in one room on the second floor and were told about 30 mins in that we needed to move because we were given the room in error. I believe it was because it was just two of us and the room was a king size bed and I believe a pull out couch. We were moved to the first floor with just a king size (which is what I had requested in the first place). It was definitely not the staff's fault, with the system being down we could see it caused them a lot of stress trying to figure out rooms. That was really the only major issue we had.

The staff were very friendly and fun to talk to.

Breakfast - No eggs mostly carbs. Saw a large critter in food room late evening. Took a couple pictures. Parking was limited - Massive street construction in front.

There’s hardly any parking. If you were not back at the hotel by 6-7 pm there was no parking spots. We had to leave our truck in the gas station lot next door.

Complimentary breakfast was average, but it was okay for a one night stay. Bagels, toast, tea, coffee, juice and yoghurt.

Location was good. 15 mins away from Arrowhead stadium and there is an Italian restaurant next door which had yummy food!
