Old and outdated, in need of repair/refurbishment. Many walls in the lobby, hallways and room had scratches. Room was a mustard color with not very bright lights. Light over the vanity area and the bathroom were very dim. Bath tub/shower had large scratches in the bottom and the tub floor felt like it was going to give away. Shower head not firmly attached to the wall; sink didn’t have a stopper. All the furniture was scratched and worn. Hallway carpet not very clean and needing replacement. Stairwells very dirty. No breakfast, only coffee.

Bed was comfortable and the room was easy access on the first floor.

The carpet was dirty and smelly, the ice machine was dirty the hotel had and meldew smell. The garbage cans outside was full looks like they hadn't been emptied in a while.

There was no breakfast only coffee. But the location was good close to my daughter house.

My room had an unpleasant odor to it. Carpets felt tacky. Only one roll of toilet paper was available for a three person rental. Bath tub surround looked uninviting with peeling paint all over it. Furniture was old and damaged from age and use. Floors did not look clean along the edges and corners. I rented during a time when a big event was taking place at Road America so the rate I paid was way overpriced for the condition of the room I got. I've stayed at 5 star hotels for less than what I paid here. I understand law of supply and demand but the price paid was ridiculous for what I got. Wish I had taken photos but I did not. Just glad that I was able to get a room and a good nights sleep, after getting used to the odor in the room. In a pinch, I guess I would stay here again, but only if it was my only option. Staff was great.

Beds were confortable. Staff was friendly and cordial. Location is close to downtown.

it was dirty. the outside garbage’s were over flowing. there was a dirty washcloth behind the door in the bathroom and under the vanity was not swept. No In room coffee.

We booked thru booking.com. it said breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. Beds were very hsrd.. not very many channels on the TV either.

The TV didn’t work, the room was dirty, the air was turned off so the room was extremely hot for the first hour. Breakfast was advertised and included in the price but was not offered and were told they weren’t doing breakfast.

The guy at the front desk was friendly. We asked for a early check in but was not able too. So we didn’t check in until 11 pm. Location was ok

The rooms had a bad odor, also the tubs are not as clean as they should be, the prices for the rooms went up, it's not worth the price.

The bathtub looked stained, I saw stains on the carpet in the room. The exterior looks dirty a lot of people smoke and we leave cigarette butts on the ground, the door through which you entered the building looked dirty all around, The corridor that leads to the room had a strange smell, not good

the doors were held together with screw , no continental breakfast as advertised, rugs in the hallway had stains. only two towels for a 4 person room. the only good thing was the staff was so friendly and polite.

There was no breakfast due to covid which to me seems like an excuse. We have traveled other places and they still continue to serve breakfast. Something could have been offered, at least coffee and juice! They didn't even have any seating in the lobby which would have been nice. The room had kind of a funk and you didn't want to look too close at the carpeting.

The room was a fair price since we came for the ryder cup and other hotels were marking room rates way up. It was very close to the event and nice not to have a long drive. I did appreciate the bathroom off the the lobby as there were four people in our room so was sometimes necessary.
