We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsLike most establishments that allow pets, dog odors are present. That’s natural. It’s wonderful that pet owners have places to stay while traveling, but I have allergies and the smell did cause my allergies to flair up.
The staff is exceptional. Diana and Valerie are patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about servicing guests and taking care of their needs. They do this all in a very professional manners.

United States of AmericaWe selected this hotel because it included a free breakfast and airport shuttle. We had an early flight so we missed the breakfast that started at 7AM. Coffee, a granola bar, and a banana would have been an easy thing to offer to anyone needing breakfast before that. The shuttle was running 20-30 minutes behind schedule so we ended up taking an Uber to the airport.

DenmarkNo breakfast - and they got a little insulted when I mentioned that it only was the second time on my three week long tour in the US staying in a lot of hotels that I had no breakfast - the first time was also here in Herndon ! It was as if the were too fine a hotel to serve breakfast.
At my arrival in the US I spent the first night here - and as it was a very fine hotel I also stayed there on my was back to Denmark. It´s close to the airport - and there a fine shuttlebusses. I had dinner in the restaurant - also fine - and good wine.

United States of AmericaThe desk staff appeared contemptuous of having to do their job. I received no information about amenities or dining hours when I checked in. Actually, other than asking for my ID and credit card the desk person said almost nothing, including hello. I included a pet on my reservations, but I had to remind the desk person of the fact and she was less than happy to have to correct the billing, even though it meant additional money for your company. I suggest you swap the cleaning crew and driver with the desk personnel. My biggest complaint had to do with the breakfast, or the lack thereof. Granted I made my reservations through Booking.com, but it stated breakfast was included in the cost of the stay. I was told by the unprofessional desk person that only 1 breakfast per day was included and she was most reluctant to supply a voucher. But my reservations were for 3 adults. So, were we supposed to split one meal 3 ways?
The cleaning crew and curtesy bus driver were highly professional and friendly.
