Furnace is noisy

Beds were not comfortable, heating unit was extremely loud when it came on, unit was missing some items from kitchen which were inconvenient- no can opener. I booked this unit because we had stayed here before and were familiar with the property. The pool area was under construction and the indoor pool was very cold as was the air temperature. I was planning to be able to take in my grandson but it was not warm enough.

Location was perfect. Close to slopes and bus stop to old town right out front. Hot tub and pool were sweet, too!

The rooms are cold. The heating system is not sufficient for the size. Some rooms are dated and in need of remodel. The pool area was being remodeled at the time of one of our stay's (no discount).

Whole complex has a very unintended retro vibe from the 80's. No structural concerns, but potentially could switch it up a bit, and upgrade some basics for a more modern feel (even just light switches, shower, etc). Felt totally comfortable, but smack inbetween Three's Company and Family Ties.

Was assigned a lovely, large suite/room with plenty of amenities, full kitchen, bar and large tub. Very hot water, good jet. Comfy bed, nice linens, double digit pillows. Strong wifi. Easy walk to several restos, stores.. only 15 walk from old main street, or take the free shuttle. Direct elevator from floors to free parking. Very very quiet.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy. Also, staff was very nice and helpful. Especially with a minor maintenance issue that occurred late in the evening - received prompt service!

Nothing - the experience was quite positive overall - the room change really helped.

The location is well within walking distance from the market (the condos have full kitchens), as well as historical Park City. The original reservation was for a Standard but my husband and I didn't like the accommodations. We expressed the desire to change rooms and they upgraded us to a Deluxe room without additional charges. The room was lovely and there were free cable channels for great movies! The only downside was the pool and spa being under construction and thus not available for use. I do recommend this facility for a comfortable room, comfy bed and location easily accessible for walking, etc. We are looking forward to going back after the pool and spa reopening :}

The bed was like sleeping on a slab of granite. The pull out sofa was very dirty and about 20 years old. There was a bucket in the corner to catch water from leaking glass roof. I don’t think the curtains have ever been changed since the building was built and were very stained. There is a fireplace but not fictional, not gas and no wood to burn. I had to get 10 pillows and place them on the bed and sleep on top of them because the bed hurt our bodies so bad! horrible horrible mattress!! Also the carpet needs replaced or tile the entire room.

location is great for skiing, pool area was nice, covered parking was great, full kitchen was nice, ski lockers were great. waher and dryer in room was nice.

A few of the wall outlets to charge our phones were very loose (near the fireplace on the left and a few others). Stains in the master bedroom sink were kinda of nasty when brushing teeth. Knives for cooking were not sharp, the vegetable peeler was so dull so useless. A little outdated. The microwave has a horrible burnt smell when using. We all noticed the “burnt popcorn” smell if you will.

We stayed in Room 303 of Silver King. Amazing location, very clean. Loved it. Within walking distance to ski was great. View from the hot tub and the living room was great looking at snowfall. Fireplace was wonderful.
