Loved the Cabin and easy check in and out. Got to enjoy the peaceful view and deer crossing through the woods. They had everything you need if you were going to cook. We can't wait to bring the whole family back.

If I had to say one negative thing it would be the amount of ticks. We brought our dogs and every time they would go out to use the bathroom they would come back in with 3 or 4 crawling on them. My husband and I also found a couple on us and we were just standing in the front yard. But other than that it was a perfect stay

Would have loved a shower instead of large tub (our family is vertically challenged). Another addition would be a small sturdy stool to reach plates and high cabinets and get in and out of tub.

A map of downtown at the cabin when we.arrived would.have been helpful. Parking is scarce downtown. Park and ride at the trolley. Pouring rain changed our day.

7 cabins spaced comfortably apart from one another, surrounded by woods. Only the sounds of the wind, birds and crackling twigs make for a restful stay.

We would have appreciated having a shower in the cabin as the hot tub was not to our liking. The couch also proved to be less than comfortable for sitting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We were able to check in and out without personal interaction with the staff. The setting was perfect for relaxing.

The only thing were the carpenter bees, which do not sting, but for someone afraid of being stung, I was not able to enjoy the front porch.

The cabin is beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice, I promise. The emenities were spot on! The back deck!! Omgosh!! We were not indoors much. We spent time on the back deck. It's peaceful and the view is stunning. My cousin never left the swing! 😁 The cabins were closer together than I expected but you would never know. Its still private. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only small issue was we never interacted with staff at all, there was no shower (bath only), and you had to take out your own trash. Also, no cleaning service was provided from day to day, I am sure you can request it, but we didn't.

Needs a couple of new pots and pans. Internet service not available at the cabin (which has it's benefits!) but was accessible at the manager's cabin, closer to road.

Open "studio" accommodations. Enjoyed a nice fire with plenty of wood. Sunset from back porch with bench swing. Private location away from other Cabins. Friendly and helpful manager, quick to respond. Large tub with jets for two.

The water heater didn't stay hot enough to fill the tub all the way. Maybe it's too small but more than likely it just needs to be serviced

The only thing I think could be improved is putting a shower in. There was a spa bathtub but I personally prefer a shower.

We liked the privacy. The deck was great. It got really cold one day and we used the fireplace. Loved that they had the wood chopped and up on the deck. Great stay!

we have stayed here twice . Both times the hot water issue and lack of shower was the only complaint my husband had.

fabulous location and great value, especially for the Eureka Springs area. Cabins have exactly what you need (saved a ton on food bringing our own) firewood is provided and the fireplaces are another wonderful part of the stay. The view of the back decks are amazing !
