We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The softest sheets I think I ever slept on. The juice and coffee bar that was available all the time was great. Very clean and quiet! We checked in late in the evening and the check-in was quick and smooth.

Room and shower were very clean. Bed very comfortable. Nice to have washer/dryer on site, as we had to use the facility. However, when I booked I requested bottom floor, if NO elevator. I found out when we arrived there was no elevator and he put us on second floor. This was very inconvenient. He could have done something else. Also, I found the breakfast buffet not very good. To us, this was "Junk" food. This hotel was a bit out of the way for us.
