Even though the facility is listed as 100 percent smoke free, there were multiple cigarette burns in all of the bedding. F

The building is old and the bed was too hard for me. The water in the shower was not very warm and there was no butter for the waffles and the syrup didn’t taste good.

It was okay but I am Glad that we only stayed one night.

The breakfast was a letdown. Small yogurts, donuts, cereal and waffle maker. No eggs or bacon was disappointing.

Kids loved the indoor pool and the room was fine.

The sink kept on clogging up, the toilet would not flush properly, the sheets were not cleaned correctly, water kept leaking out of the shower and we got to the room at 2am on Sunday morning and our key would not work. We walked all the way downstairs to get a new one and that key would not work either.

I was given a pet room and the smell was awful. They need to clean and deodorize the carpets in the pet rooms.

I liked that the hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas.

The staff had ordered shampoo but did not receive any in the supply order that was delivered the day before our arrival. The lady at the front desk said that they had been having difficulties receiving shampoo even though they had been ordering it. As it was, we had two bottles of conditioner in our shower instead of one bottle of conditioner and one bottle of shampoo. As it was, this caused us to delay showering until after our return home; we stayed two nights at Sleep Inn.

Loved the breakfast! Would definitely make me consider staying at Sleep Inn in the future.

The staff was preoccupied with each other instead of the guest entering and leaving. The room was ok but the mini fridge needed some service especially the freezer.

the front desk lady who “has worked there for over 20 years “ pre authorized my credit card then charged my card for the room. so I had 2 charges on my card and one was not authorized by myself and I was never asked if it could be charged. when I went to the front desk to ask about it, there was a different lady there and she said that my card wasn’t supposed to be charged for pre authorization and that the lady who did that had been told many times NOT to do it , but since she’s been there over 20 years she does what she wants. I asked to speak to the manager, who wasn’t there, but the lady told me the manger has also told her to stop but she doesn’t. I was told the charge would drop off by that Tuesday. So yesterday was Thursday and the charge was still on my card. I called the hotel and the lady who charged my card for the pre authorization extra charge answered and she told me she was allowed to do that and she didn’t have to tell me that she was doing it and that all hotels did that. I assured her not all hotels did that because if they did I would have not been surprised by the charge. and I told her she couldn’t charge my card without my approval and she said she could. So I was stuck with an unexpected charge on my credit card on our family vacation which caused us some major issues since we had budgeted our trip exactly and knew what we could spend. she also told me it was an issue with the bank now and I needed to call them to get it taken off!! I told her it shouldn’t have been charged without my approval in the first place and I needed a refund . she said it didn’t show on her end that we were owed money!! and that’s why we needed to contact our bank. So… this hassle was definitely not worth staying here and this lady charging my card without my permission is not right.

The rugs in that hotel smell dirty and muggy. The room smells the same and the sheets on the bed had blood stains and smelled dirty.

When we first arrived, there were people stomping through the halls on the floor above us. I could see that being a problem for some people! I also did not like the fact that some of the lights nor the TV in our room did not work. I am also upset with the bedding on the beds as the sheets did not even stay on the bed. The bed was comfortable, but to make the bed comfortable there was a small comforter under the sheet which would bunch up and be annoying. I also was not satisfied with the cleaning! I have a 15 month old daughter, and we found an ibuprofen pill AND sock under the lip of the bed… I am THANKFUL my husband found the pill first!

I’ve been to this property several times in the past. The rates are fair and normally great service. I absolutely love the shower and hot water. I love that there is a fridge as well. Breakfast was okay, but I have definitely had better.

The breakfast was just cereal, yogurt and bagels with some fruits. They had a toaster but no toast and also you could make waffles. There wasn’t a big variety. The rooms could be updated a little. Not sure if all rooms were the same but ours had the sink outside of the toilet/shower area and that was a little weird and our carpet/walls had like a nail polish stain on them. When you walked onto our floor, you could smell someone was smoking which isn’t allowed. The pool was a bit small and seemed crowded.

The rooms were clean and offered quite a few towels. All the staff we encountered were friendly and nice. The location of hotel itself is near a couple of breakfast places; fast food (Bojangles) and dine in (Breakfastime). It id also very closes to interstate and a couple of shopping centers for groceries (Walmart) and clothing (Kohls). Down the street there is also an eating center with Thai/Mexican/American places to enjoy. The pool was open from 8A-10P which was nice.

It was noisy, the carpets were dirty, the shower bar was coming out of the wall and the toilet seat was moving.

The hotel doesn't have cribs at all. Flat out told me they "don't do that". The pool was covered in a layer of foamy gunk. The beds are tiny for the price and not very comfortable. There's obvious problems with unruly guests, as the entire floor I stayed on reeked of weed.

Good location right on the 85, easy access to food and shopping.
