Pool not operational, breakfast was lacking. Juice machine did not work, no butter for toast. Only hot choice was waffles.

Good location, not in the center of Savanna.

old and in need of Remodelling -walls and the elevator were dirty and stained a bottle cap was on the floor near the elevator for two days or more After examining the sheets and comforter, they were clean but part of the comforter was stained with paint.

The room wasn't clean. Dust EVERYWHERE. We had to get Clorox wipes to clean. There was no hot water on arrival. Needs a remodel. Outdated machines to set keys. They charged my card 3 times bc the credit card machine was slow as molasses. Then they actually gave my room to another patron which I ended up being charged for. We had to get things straight at the front desk. No discount for AARP as advertised on the marquee outside! Overall, horrible hotel.

The hall carpet was dirty and there was an odor throughout the hotel. It took 3+ tries for the keycard to work and there were other customers with the same issue. Thankfully my husband likes waffles and there was a couple hard boiled eggs and one apple left as all the hot food was gone. There was no coffee and no juice . No staff were available to ask..... and there was still over an hour of "breakfast time".

It provided a pretty clean room to sleep in for the night. That's it.

Daughter smelled marijuana in hall. Bad stain on carpet outside room next to us. Had clerk remove knitted baby cap that someone had put over smoke alarm in room. Trash in parking lot.

Side door was broken and propped open by people that live there. Entering the room, there is only a bodies width between wall and cabinet that holds fridge and microwave. A lot of damage to walls in room and bathroom and definitely a leak from second floor bathroom. Fridge looks like someone took out their anger on it! The sink has no stopper & the faucet sprays all over if your turn it on to high. The bed felt like a blow up mattress! We got a couple hours of sleep and got back on the road. It looks like I have been charged twice for the room.....waiting a couple of days to make sure I get a credit on one charge!

Our room was super musty. We couldn't open the window to get any fresh air because the window was caulked shut. The floors seemed a little dirty inside our room. Also, there was a Fire Alarm device with no cover on it with open wires dangling down.

Breakfast met expectations. Staff was friendly.

Lock on entrance door need to be replaced, shower head not spraying correctly. Shower door not secure and there no telephone in the room to make an emergency call if need.

it was ok, not as expected as a breakfast. not too much to choose for as meat, fruit or juices.

the carpet in the hallway was terribly dirty and also the room. the shower door was made out of plexiglass and not sealed so water was in a pool on the floor. The water never got hot but did get warm. the chair in the room was broken and there was no entry light. you had to go into a dark room and try to find a light. kinda scary. they’re were no tissues. The bed was so soft and unsupported I felt like if I got too close to the edge I’d fall.
