The fitness center is severely dated.

Free breakfast and great staff. Quick check ins and check outs. Newer television and plenty of parking.

One of our keys didn’t work. I bought my granddaughter a frozen pizza and asked if it could be charged to the room but staff said cash or card only so I go back up to the room and get cash. The pizza was $8.50 and I gave her a $10 and she only gave me $1.00 back and said something about the other .50 she owed me but couldn’t understand her bc of her foreign accent.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The pool was dirty and just got dirtier as the days passed. The key cards didn't work. We had to get them reprogrammed 3 times. The microwave had a nasty smell when being used, and the coffee pot in the room was really dirty the fridge froze everything that went inside it. The dressers had mice dropping in them.

The "pool" was extremely misleading. It was more like a puddle rather than a pool. The weight machine (they only had one) wasn't fully functional and there were no cups for water for the workout area

Bathroom floor was sticky. This time and last time I stayed. Though not staff's fault, 2 nights in a row the fire alarm went off. Also Sat night, kids running up and down hallway after midnight.

A fire alarm was pulled at midnight and because my husband saw some staff filming, we think it might have been a planned drill that we weren’t informed about.

I had to switch rooms. I always check the beds and the beds had left over traces of bedbugs. So the front desk switched my room.

The elevator smelled like weed, and the room had a strong cigarette smell they tried to cover with air freshener that had me sneezing the hole time. The walls are paper thin. You can hear what’s going on in the next room.

Despite being in a not so great area, it was close to all we wanted to visit. Breakfast was nice. Staff was on point.

I didn’t like that the doors did not work. You had to manually push and pull to open the door when entering and exiting the building I don’t like that breakfast is over at 9:30am

There was a woman that worked there at the desk and she was very rude. And while on our stay there was a very loud party with drugs that would fill the halls of each floor. As a parent I was disturbed by this and another parent on the elevator expressed the same feeling.

Hotel is not in the best section of town but we had no problems.

Room was clean and quiet. Checkin was simple. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, and juice.

The room was clean but it had a musty odor to it. When we entered the room they had the window open as if to air it out.

The staff was friendly and it was in a convenient location.

The desk chair wasn't comfortable for me to sit in. The lobby smelled highly of chlorine. Other guests (?) left trash in the parking lot (bottles, some of which were broken, aluminum cans and other random items).

The room was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was good, had a wide variety of items available, was stocked frequently and was available for a longer timeframe than most other hotel's breakfast hours.

Some of the bathroom tiles were broken and uneven to step on. The fridge was not very cold.
