You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was comfortable thankfully we take covers and sheets with us. They do not change the bedding there was hair, crumbs ect on the sheets. Breakfast was very good.

United States of AmericaThe only negative was the housekeeper was at the door 10 minutes to 11 clock. Then back again at exactly 11 clock. Yes I understand check out is at 11 but let a guest be until 11 not before. Mostly likely others had checked out a little early and there must been other rooms that needed attention.
It was easy to book, staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Decent breakfast was served.

United States of AmericaThere was no water available in the dining room. The bathroom vent did not work and made it extra steamy. All the stops in the sink and shower were missing. The walls should be repainted to cleaned because there were fluids, black, red and other things throughout the room.
The location was good for the concert venue and the staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaOur shower was dirty and upon entering the room it smelled musty and felt damp the whole time. (It was raining very hard this weekend though so it may have been due to that because the air conditioner was working fine.) The price seemed high for this level hotel but it was move-in week at college so perhaps they raised the rates for that week.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained where to park that would be under lighted camera surveillance since we had all of my daughter's college furniture/clothes/possessions in our van. The breakfast was very nice for a free breakfast...nice selection and warm. They were also very nice when we couldn't get the room safe to work properly and came up twice to show my husband how to open it.
